Absolutely worst Taco Bell, let alone drive through I’ve ever been to!!! I entered the drive through line at 8:35 pm and still couldn’t get to the speaker to order my food until 8:48pm. I had only two others ahead of me, and 2 vehicles behind me. Finally at 9:03 pm the guy in the car behind me stepped out of his vehicle and vocalized “what’s the hold up”. Myself and the guy on a motorbike in front of me already frustrated said no clue. The gentleman out of his car walked around to the front and came back to inform us that apparently everyone he could see was just standing around! Finally at 9:06 pm the vehicle at the window pulled off and the line began to move. So already I’ve waited at a “FAST food” drive through for a little over 30 minutes! And the guy behind me that stepped out was so ticked off he just left. There was NO “sorry about the wait or thank you for waiting so patiently”, so sprinkle some more poor customer service skills. Now that I’ve gotten my order, I’m even more annoyed. The food was barely wrapped in its paper, my beefy 5 layer burrito was falling out the bottom from not being wrapped properly, I received about 35 packets of sauce for only 6 items of food, or really 5 because I also was missing a cheese roll up, and a ridiculous amount of napkins. I mean COMPLETELY disappointing, like COME ON it’s an entry level job, but have some standards and expectations of who you hire, staff, and what your procedure and drive through time looks like. Give them some training on customer service, and give them a sense of urgency for consequences if they exceed x amount of time of drive through. Don’t waist your time or money here, go to the Burger King, chik fil a, or McDonald’s...
Read moreJust ordered from there today and, unfortunately, had a very unfriendly and unprofessional visit from both the cashier and the manager. The cashier, at around 2:30pm, took my order and I had to repeat myself on a couple of items, (no worries about that, the items looked correct on the screen.) However, when I received the bag, I wanted to double check my order and I informed her to give me just a few seconds to check the items in the bag, due to the confusion earlier with placing my order. The cashier proceeded with telling me "no and to get out of line to check my items because there were customers behind me." I told her, again, that I just needed a few seconds to double check, but unfortunately she kept telling me not to check my order and her manager also came to the window to tell me the same thing. The manager and the cashier were absolutely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I am handicapped and needed a moment, but they were not understanding. I have never been told that I can't check my order before from a representative at a taco bell location. The transaction took only about 20 seconds for me to check the order. I was rushed and they continued to be rude. Also, the tacos I received hardly had any meat and my burritos hardly had any beans. I felt like I paid for full price for half the food. As you can see from the last multiple reviews the last few months, this place is being managed horribly. I hope that this location rethinks management, or please train your employees better to understand that handicapped people need a moment. Telling a customer that you can't check your own order is absolutely against...
Read moreI’ve been going here for years, it’s never been the best or fastest, but for the most part they usually dont forget your food often. Tonight I had the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a while due to one really incapable manager or worker. P.s I’ve been in customer service here for years, I know terrible service when I see it. First, once I had gotten all the way home realized part of my order was missing. I drove back and told the worker the issue and he apologizes and was overall very nice and professional. No issues there. I thanked him (all while also overhearing him trying to inform on duty manager or boss what happened, she seemed very annoyed either at him or because I dared to ask for my food that I ordered. Not sure which.) she asked me rudely if it was a steak quesadilla, I said yes. I asked the nice man if there was anything at all they could throw at me for the inconvenience. Did not even care much for more food but was more the principle. If they were nice about it but couldnt do that I wouldve thanked and left from there no problem. But then overheard the manager, talking right in front of me to him saying “i gave her food what more does she want,no” all while she kept glancing at me with attitude and instead of addressing me directly just passively talks abt it to the other worker. so the issue here is not them not giving me any free food but rather the terrible and unprofessional way it was handled by the worker with the attitude. I know its fast food but you can at least just act the part when you make a mistake. Hope this improves in the future as its in a...
