Crab Island Florida Tours — Attraction in Destin

I had a wonderful time at Crab Island today with our amazing guides Wesley and Owen! They were both incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire trip. The boat was great — clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a bathroom, plenty of seating, and both covered and open areas to relax.

They provided floats and noodles to enjoy the water, which made the experience even more fun. As someone who is usually afraid of the water, I felt very safe and comfortable — the boat ride was smooth and slow, with hardly any rocking. Once we arrived, the sandbar was shallow enough to stand in, even for someone short like me!

You’re welcome to bring a small cooler with drinks, which I recommend, but there are also food and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at Crab Island.

Overall, it was a fantastic day and I definitely plan to return. Highly recommend...

Our family had a great time with Owen and Josh! They made sure we got the opportunity to see some dolphins before heading out to Crab Island. Owen passed a football with my two kids in the water when we first arrived at the sandbar, and they loved it! We will definitely be back for another trip!

Update - we went back for another trip for our last day of vacation, and had a great time again. We had Owen and Hannah on the boat this time, and they were both great.
