Mike's Kabob Grille — Restaurant in Detroit

today was the first time I've had a horrible experience compared to previous visits which is why they have two stars as opposed to one. I requested to get a full order of tilapia with rice pilaf. my normal order. the cashier didn't know how to place the order and had to get help. after they put it in and I wait for 20 MINUTES when I ask how much longer, the guy goes to check and then comes back and advises that they are all out and he can make whatever else I like immediately. so now ive waited for 20 mins for nothing. had I not asked theres no telling when I would've been informed. so now including walking, ordering and waiting, I've wasted 35 mins of my hour lunch. it then takes them another 10 mins to actually prepared my food. not to mention I ordered a smoothie that tastes like nothing but crushed ice. ---and a young lady walked in with a phone order. the guy proceeds to hand her a container that's cracked damn near down the middle. realized it was cracked and because she's didn't notice (she was getting money from her wallet) tries to hurry and bag it before she noticed. after demanding he give her a new container he walked away with an attitude and had them fix it. he could've just sat the broken container in a new one and I'm sure she would've been happy ------ neeedless to say today is the last day that mike's will see my money. and it sucks because my job has a partnership with them. I will start back going to ck grille or Bucharest...

I've gone to this place 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times my order has been wrong or difficult. The first time, I only got half of my order in my bag and had to go back for the rest. The second time, the wrap was so full of oil that I couldn't eat it. The third time, the food was ok. The fourth time, even though I placed an order to be ready at 12pm well in advance(about 35-40 mins prior), I still waited 20 minutes extra for my order AND they put mayo on it even though I specified without it. So I scrapped it off and just ate the chicken from inside of it. I really wanted to like this place but after this many issues, I give up. They are either too busy to pay attention to the orders going out or they simply...

My coworker and I went there to grab lunch since we were working close by. The wait for our orders was long and it wasn't that busy. We ordered chicken shawarma pitas which were very greasy, oily, and didn't taste very good. We also had a side order of soup which were also very oily.

Later in the day I started feeling sick and had an upset stomach. My coworker messaged me later and also felt sick from eating there. I've eaten Mediterranean food many times but I have never gotten sick from eating it until now. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place.
