Mister Dips — Restaurant in Detroit

This place is really modern end up being. The customer service might be one of the greatest when I went because the guy there that I assume was the manager really loves his job and really pushes the people. There are a lot of fun you would honestly think it's like a Mini party. Now the food is pretty good I honestly think the chicken there is some of the best chicken I've had in my life. The burgers are pretty good. Now of course it is sold out to be a ice cream place and let me tell you they do not fail in that department at all. The milkshake I got was amazing. One of the best milkshakes I have had in a very long time. And again customer service is just phenomenal, my little sister dropped a cherry on the floor and the guy there made sure to grab another one for her and give it to her. Highly suggested To anyone in the area. However however when I did go both times it was a little bit of a wait there were some events going on that night so it could have been a little more busy than usual. But it is worth the wait. I hope they might be able to find some outdoor seating in that tight little area I assume they probably won't though, getting seats is actually pretty difficult when they are busy there's not much seating there. When we were there too at the end of the night, the manager just said we are closed the doors are locked you can just walk out the back door though but you won't be able to get back in period and he said that we could stay for as long as we needed to finish up eating because they were just gonna start cleaning.. Again this place excels in customer service their ice cream is amazing their food is pretty solid Really nothing to complain...

I am so glad that Mister Dips finally opened their doors in Parker's Alley!

From location to seating to food and dessert, Mister Dips checked all of my boxes. Located in the heart of downtown under the Shinola hotel, it's just a short walk from Campus Martius and sporting venues. That being said, that means city parking so be prepared to use the parking garage or put your parallel parking skills to the test if you're lucky enough to find a curbside spot.

Now on to the good stuff- do not (I repeat DO NOT) skip the dirty fries. Typically, I'm not a fan of "cheese" fries that are covered in mysterious processed cheez goo from a bag. However, this combination of cheese, sauce, and spice tasted amazing and the cheese actually seemed to be real! The single dip burger was your standard reliable burger- no complaints here, and their special sauce was the perfect tang to balance the juicy patty.

But for me, the cherry on top was their amazing ice cream. I was a bit hesitant to try their PB dipped cone as I'm a bigger chocolate fan than peanut butter fan, but the balance was pure perfection. It tasted like an ice cold Reece's cup (and don't lie, it's a pretty instagrammble cone too!)

So excited to have this new spot in the neighborhood and can't wait to...

No, No and No! This place is overated and overpriced! I paid over 30 bucks for an upscale dairy queen. The fries were frozen with all this cheese and stuff slopped on top. The cashier was getting ready to put them in my bag with cheese dripping every where. I had to ask the cashier to double the cup. They had no onions for the burgers. We paid for our meal and while waiting we were told we don't have any more american cheese. So now I feel duked! Now I'm not getting want I had my mind set on at all. The impossible burger didn't taste like anything no seasoning it was small a little bigger than a white castle burger. Hold the useless sprouts and get some onions and cheese please! The drink machine was broken so no drinks not even ice. They only had mayo packets. They wouldn't even put mayo on our burgers. The cashier was eating in between orders. The cook didn't know that they had blue cheese sauce he told us it was just crumbles until the guy told they did have it but it's on the menu. The cashier was accomadating but lack customer service skills. This was my first time and last time at Mister Dips. However they will not deter me from trying out other...
