Came here on New Years Eve. The place was dead, but based on the reviews that was not surprising. We went in well aware of the bad reviews, but figured we could buy a drink and sit at a table. No way an experience that basic could be ruined right? Downtown was so loud and busy that I wouldn't have even minded waiting a few minutes for the bartender to notice and sell us a drink. We get the bar and are helped immediately. I order a beer and my wife orders a double vodka. They put two shots of Ciroc in it and charged $18 for the drink despite us asking for no such thing. It's New Years Eve, I get it, not going to fight with them about it. We go and sit down and not even 10 minutes later the other bartender walks up and accuses of of not paying. Walks back 2 minutes later and gets loud and makes a fuss. We held our ground and she backed off, but at that point we just slammed our drinks and left.
Moral of this story? This place is hot garbage and should be avoided by everyone, even if you just want a cheap drink. This place needs to just quietly die and be replaced with a tenant that respects it's customers. There is no redeeming service this deceptive and awful, they are trained to do what they were doing on...
Read moreI am in the process of sueing this organization... Me and my cousin was dining outside because it was entirely too cold inside, We had to go inside to order our food because we couldn't get a waiter to come outside to us. And as we was sitting there talking the table umbrella comes out of the table and slammed down on my shoulder as to wear the next day I had to go to the hospital for the pain and because it felt like something was broken. When the incident happened the employee came over there laughing and said I didn't put that in there so it's not my fault, the manager then comes out 5 minutes later and said what happened, I told him and he just said it's ok. I didn't receive an apology or a offer to receive anything off my bill or even to pay for the shirt that was messed up by...
Read moreChecked out this place for the first time heading down to the lions game today. Place is right off of Woodward and while it’s a bar and grille, it felt more like a hole in the wall Coney Island which I really like. Omar and our British server James were cranking out the delicious food and James was right on top of making sure our coffee was topped off whenever we needed more. They have a bunch of flatscreen TVs so I was able to keep up on the money lines for the nfl games as well as catch the soccer/football match with Manchester playing. There’s no really good spot to park to get here but it’s right by a q-line stop so it was convenient for us. They even had a radio station there playing classic rock. Great food and...
