Bless y'all! The company in general just makes picking glasses fun and very affordable. As for this specific location, I am so pleased with all of my experiences. Each person is very kind. I picked a tortoise frame that I liked in store, but didn't like the pair I ended up receiving. I went back expecting to return for a refund or exchange for completely different pair (which is also very easy with their 30days hassle free policy). But they gave me ANOTHER option - they brought out different pairs of the tortoise frame I'd chosen and let me pick the pair that I loved and just switched the lenses out. So, so easy. I was so stressed about going back and returning etc etc but they made me feel comfortable with whatever I decided. Additionally, everyone there has great style and taste. So, I trust their opinions on frames...even ended up with an additional pair I wasn't expecting to like lol...

Dr Srour was the best eye doctor I have visited; very approachable, made me feel at ease, extremely thorough with answers for all of my many questions, and would definitely try to visit with him for my next eye exam; Justin (sales person) was equally thorough in answering my questions and more of a consultant than a salesperson - Warby Parker's "Try at home" leaves a lot to be desired as 3 of the 5 frames I wanted to try were "unavailable" - Justin did pledge to see if there would be a 'workaround" so I could get the frames I was looking for to get feedback from friends/family before purchasing. Update: 5 days later - Downgraded review from 5 stars to 3 stars - still waiting to hear from Justin about the frames I was hoping to try at home......don't promise and then not deliver.....go elsewhere for your glasses after having Dr Srour complete...

I can't thank Warby Parker in Detroit enough for coming to my rescue during a recent trip! I was in town for a wedding and realized I had left both my glasses and contact lenses back home in Boston. Panic set in as I had no backup and desperately needed my vision to be sharp for the event.
