True Blue Coffee, Gelato & Cafe — Restaurant in Dillon

This place used to have a nice charm, seems like they changed things up for more turn and burn. Met my mom there as she was passing through town. We got chai lattes and breakfast sandwiches (the shredder and the splinter?). There was only 1 girl working, and she looked worn down. It was mid-morning on a Sunday. The line moved slow because of this. The chai was good when it came out. When the food was ready, the sandwiches were still as cold as a refrigerator in the middle upon first bite while the bread was warm and toasted. My step dad's burrito was just lukewarm in the middle, not steaming hot. My mom asked for hers to be heated up more, but since she already took a bite, a new sandwich had to be heated up. This sandwich was warmer in the middle (not hot) but the outside of the bun was almost burnt. It seems like something isn't right with the way the food is heated to be served. This isn't an isolated case, either, based on other reviews. I don't think I'll buy food here anymore, especially with a $10 price tag for a cold egg and sausage sandwich that you might not catch until you're long gone if you took it...

I have read most of the reviews before putting mine just to see how other felt there. Almost after every negative review the owner sais "we have no problem to adjust your order to your liking" that what is annoying cause the place should have a manager checking the quality of employees work not the customer. Today my husband and I came for some ice cream. I think I got a regular portion of 2 scoops but my husband got about 1 tablespoon of ice cream for $7.25 (he wanted 2 scoops like me). Why do customer has to say that this is not right. I don't feel like arguing about it on Sunday. So when we got our ice cream we went to pay for them and when we turned around the same girl took whole line of people to serve them ice cream and pastries. So we couldn't leave cause no one wanted to take a payment. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay. Would be nice if the owner who reads the reviews could be there and watch those mistakes, instead of saying "I already told my crew to fix those mistakes" cause doesn't looks like it's...

Stopped here with our family on our way out of town. Really cute spot, very great potential. We unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes for some simple menu items, and we had to have one of our drinks completely remade while we were there.

Once we did receive our food, it was not fully heated up, cheese was not melted and unfortunately, overall was not good… A completely

In addition to this, once I did have my drink remade — I was given a completely different drink than the one I ordered. And we noticed another drink we ordered had all of the syrup and flavoring completely at the bottom as if it had not been stirred. Not sure if the barista was Still in training, but it didn’t seem like she needed more guidance.

I’m leaving three stars because I believe this business is up-and-coming and going to blossom, just wanted to leave these as insight into...
