McDonald's — Restaurant in Dothan

This is the worst drive thru that I have ever been too. Every time I have been here the service is very bad and very very slow. So tonight, my order was a big Mac with no pickles or onions and a 6 piece nugget. Now, I must say that the young lady that took my money was very pleasant and had a wonderful smile which was pleasant and I told her so. But we get to the second window where no one came to for what seemed like forever. Also, there was a car that they had sent to the 3rd window ahead of us already which shows that they are already behind. Finally, a young lady opened the window and sent us to the #1 parking place for those who must wait and wait for 1 big Mac and 6 nuggets where we waited for another 7 or 8 minutes. When the young lady brought it out she said nothing to me and turned and walked away. I will not stop at this location or any of the others that they have in Dothan. I do believe that training is absent in this organization. Very poor customer service at this place and if it is true here I'm sure it is the same at the others. Now that I have went further having to answer the questions below I have one for the stupid person who set this up. What difference does it make on how much I spent. This question really pisses me off. Is this how you determine who you will respond too on how much we spend? Very poor set up on this...

Usually I don’t have any issues with this McDonald’s but tonight I came through and ordered a double cheeseburger and a medium fry. I was told to pull forward because they were “making everything to order” implying it would be fresh. I had absolutely no issue waiting. When I get the food I drive off bc I never have any issues (and I’m pregnant so I was lowkey rlly just ready to eat it). The fries were unsalted (I could deal with that), but the burger was literally cold. At first I thought it was just because the cheese wasn’t melted and the pickles were ice cold so I took a bite of the actual patty and that was cold too. I ended up turning around and taking it back and nicely just asking for it to be remade because it was cold. The manager seemed indifferent, which is fine it’s holiday, and the guy in the back said it wasn’t cold but the manager asked him for a McDouble to give to me anyway. Not the biggest deal but I ordered a double cheeseburger not a McDouble, but I didn’t wanna cause more trouble so I didn’t say anything. I get the remade food and get back in my car to leave. The McDouble was still cold, was missing toppings, and there was mustard everywhere. I couldn’t eat it, unfortunately, and I didn’t want to cause more trouble by going back in when they weren’t in a good mood in the first place. Really disappointed in the food...

This place is always messing my order up. I ordered two 10 piece nuggets. They gave Me 2 sauces. Now I know.good and well they dosnt expect 1 sauce to go with 10 nuggets each. Asked for more and they acted like it was a problem. The med fry I ordered was cold. The two cokes with extra ice were not even right. They gave sweet teas with reg. Amount ice. I dont know how to explain how HORRIBLE it is to be thirsty and wanting a coke.with xtra ice to put straw in to kill the ice cold coke and its TEA!!!!!!!!!!! I was so mad I threw the other out on 231! Now I'm irate bc of sauce and coke!!! Husband turns s around and goes back through and orders another med fry (other was cold) and 2 cokes with extra ice. Paid for what they messed up... we shouldn't pay, they .messed our order up!!!! Lomg story short.... I hate this McDonalds and will never go.back. it's about time to kist not go to.any honestly. All I see are children working with attitudes thinking they know best. Not let it be the other away around, they show out about there food too. I work in food business and I see it daily.
