Anyone posting 5 stars must be working there because as you see in the 1 star they are constantly rude and forget your order. Every time I have something missing it’s the middle aged frumpy woman with a do rag on her head. Today once again, she forgot my large chicken biscuit then had the audacity to call me a liar when I have to come in because food is missing she is the common denominator of my trips back in there. After the way the manager let her get loud calling me names?! The devil is a liar and SHE IS TOO!! No manager should allow an employee to yell through the restaurant at a customer! Then she lied an said she checked the bag 3x herself! Well then, she should’ve seen it was missing a chicken biscuit if she checked it 3x. This is the problem when you hire someone who can’t read but can talk smack about customers. I agree with every 1 ⭐️ comments because they are VERY RUDE an NEVER get the order right. Do you think I really need a chicken biscuit for free? Pleeaaseeee I paid 30$ for my order you did NOT (once again) put everything in the bag. I also saw her microwaving people’s breakfast!! That explains why the biscuit are always hard around the edges! The health department needs to visit there too! I wish I could give negative stars! No more wasting my...
Read moreUpdated order screens are about all this location has over the Hwy5 Store.
My visit was around 6am on a Saturday. The inside of the restaurant was filthy—sticky tables and floors, dead flies in windowsills directly in your line of sight as you eat, more dead flies on the floor, and flies buzzing around to boot. There was a layer of dust over the stall doors and toilet tanks. Since this was just after opening on a busy weekend morning, I was baffled that the place could be this dirty—no one cleans at closing or does a quick walkthrough during opening/early AM lull? We moved tables 3x as to avoid dead bugs, but still felt uncomfortable with the dirty tables. Although many employees and a manager were in the kitchen, cleaning the lobby did not appear to be a priority. This is a sharp contrast to Hwy 5, where someone is generally assigned specifically to maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby.
As for food: I order the same meal at any Martins. This day the biscuit was just flat, chewy, and tasteless; I suspect that they weren’t freshly baked.
The staff was prompt with our order and customer service was fine.
Overall, I’ve learned to avoid this location. Although this could have been a rare bad day, I’d rather stick with the...
Read moreThe food is generally good, but don’t stop here on the way to work if you don’t want to be late. I ordered and was told to come to the window, no total given. When I made it through the line 10 minutes later and was given my food it was the wrong order. I was told to pull up and wait. After five more minutes I went into the store and was told there was a wait on my order. At that point I asked for a refund on my order. They couldn’t find my receipt because 1 whole person had paid after me and told me to retrieve the one out of my truck. I acknowledge that I could have gotten the receipt from my vehicle and gotten my refund, but it most likely would have been at the cost of 10 more minutes of waiting.
I understand the location was probably understaffed at the time and didn’t have enough food prepared, but if someone orders something that you know is going to take a while to prepare, please let them know at that time so they can make the decision to wait or go with...
