McDonald's — Restaurant in Douglasville

Good evening I hope all my followers are doing well. Well guys I'm in another MacDonald. And this time I think that I found a good one. The phone has a place Tanner. And it has one of the better staffs or people that I have ever seen. Now the front door says they are 24 hours inside and out I hope that's correct. I'm giving this McDonald's 5 starts why because of the cleanliness of it. But more so than anything but customer service well above normal. A young lady by the name of Nayia was my first encounter of a cashier per customer service that she gave me makes this McDonald's worth being here. There were other young lady and gentleman that waited on me as well. I went back to the counter again a second time and ordered my McChicken it was made in correct the first time but they recovered nicely. The restroom is extremely clean but even have an upstairs to this McDonald's and I am amazed at how proficient it is run. It is like a well-oiled machine with a manager at the helm but no employee has only name tag. I did not take points for that particular problem because sometimes there's a reason why employees don't have on their name tags. All of my followers know how funny I am about name tags about how clean the restaurants are it is a shame that they don't have them in tags but I did not take points because their outstanding customer service. Their windows are dressed properly and the restaurant is extremely clean I'm Amazed at their smile because I keep saying that it's because you don't see people smiling on a job anymore every single employee here may not have a magazine tags but they sure do have a smile I'm shocked. The day got this MacDonald put on their name tags I will be in coming so I'm going to leave it as is they have five stars and I asked all of my followers that live in the Georgia Market or plan to come to Douglasville Georgia to visit this McDonald's and enjoy the great customer service that it has this McDonald's just might bring McDonald's back to the number one slot so tall my guys and girls have a great new year I look forward to seeing you on my next venture for Google Maps.. Now this is my first edit of 2018 and it's being done to what i will call the #1 mcdonalds in Ga. In this mcdonalds you will find the play center what made this play center perfect was how and entire family played with their daughter I will be posting not only the photos but a video. Ms. Ashley and her amazing daughter Harper got my attention as they got Ms cheea to join them. Then even a friend went in and started to play. It moved me to thank mcdonalds for keeping the morals of teaching children that a family that plays together stays together. So to mcdonalds thanks for keeping the family...

This location is remodeled and everything yet they take so so so long to get anything done! I went in 2 different times, checked myself out because the line was so long as well drive thru full and both times stood there to see how long it would take them to hand me 2 cups as all I ordered was 2 Cokes and it was over 10 minutes, second time 8 minutes. If this McDonald's is going to have a check yourself out then they need to offer a location at the front desk for people to go, have someone waiting there to check it or to issue out cups etc for the order as they would for those who use the cashier at the front Counter and stay on top of valuing customers time. Also, the drive thru is slow as all get out! The food is good but they need to work on being consistent. Overall it's almost like they spent a ton of money to make it look amazing as it does, they are in a location people would probably do anything to be sitting there in yet on the inside you have inconsistent employees, inconsistent food, customers left waiting at all times of the days for things as simple as a cup, the cleanliness needs improving etc and overall if McDonald's is going to put that much money into a place as this...then assure everyone on the inside cares just as much to keep it open! I would like to say that associate Lance on a couple of occasions has been friendly, quick and appears to value his job! All of us waiting over 10 minutes for a cup at this location needs to see more responsibility taken by the hiring team and we ask that you hire more associates like Lance! Thank you for reading...I do recommend this location just assure you have no where to be before pulling in until they fix this issue...McDonald's...we...

Went looking for 2 apple pies. Went through the drive-through. There were 2 cars ahead of me. The car ahead of me took 10 minutes ordering because they were friends with the girl that was at the window. Then the woman in the car behind me, asked me. "Have they said anything? I said no. " That was when the girl taking the orders pipes up and says. "You can go somewhere where else if you like." I told her really. I see you like been employed. When I drove around the kids in the car were laughing. Then I parked and went in to talk to the manager. The girl at the register said they didn't have one in staff. Then out of the back appeared a woman dressed in civian clothing not even a McDonald's shirt. I told her, what happen and she apologize but it was just not enough for me. When I drove around the girl was still at the window and the Drive-through had clear because we all left without ordering. I told the manager that girl needs to be cleaning toilets at some Factory at night that appears to be her only skill set. People who are bottom of the barrel don't need to be servicing the public. All this happen between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. I don't think the manager even had a conversation with her about what happen. I will not be going back. I am done McDonald's. I fell sorry for the owner of the store; he or she has no idea that she is paying for this awful creature to clear her customers in a permanent basis from her store. McDonald's doesn't have the best food as it is. I can wait for Chick a fillet to open...
