Starbucks — Restaurant in Dover

I visited this location on 06/25/25 around 1 PM and the older heavyset hispanic lady was rude and made my experience very unpleasant. I asked for my drink to be remade after she prepared it incorrectly and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She also ignored me after I loudly said excuse me almost five times. She then proceeded to make a sly remark. Remember, this was due to her own mistake. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but there’s no need to take it out on innocent guests. The girl who took my order was busy talking to her coworkers instead of listening to me. She then decided to have the guy make her dunk before mine because she was clocking out..once the guy started to make my drink, he made it with whole milk ( I asked for soy ). Once he fixed it it didn’t taste like anything. If anything, it tasted like overpriced soy milk. I had to add sugar when I got home just so that the drink had some flavor.
