I had a $2 off coupon on my app that expired in a few days. I decided to go to the Subway (huge mistake). The employee couldn't figure out how to work the coupon so he just tells me that I don't have any coupons, even though on my phone it reads you have $2 off. I pay really disappointed because he is not helpful just wanting to get rid of me. Park and find the coupon walk back in and show him. He says sorry I just work here I don't know how to do that stuff. I called the help line and they tell me yes you have a coupon that expires tomorrow. Well they contact the store manager or owner or whomever who calls me at dinnertime a few days later and I am in the middle of dinner. He tells me oh I will call you back tomorrow morning. It is not suppose to be so difficult to read it from a piece of paper. Please for gods sake i don’t want to place orders 10 minute apart afraid they will mix it up again which even then they will mix it up.
If you are going to place a mobile order place them 10-15 minute apart because unfortunately some employees don’t know how to read from a piece of paper and can easily mix up 2 sandwich and some how make the same sandwich twice with different very different ingredients. Both sandwiches were different from one another.

Both doors were completely locked. And looking through the door, all the food had been cleaned up. They obviously had locked the doors much earlier. I went through the drive-through to see if anybody would respond and it was the automated message and nobody ever came. At the window itself I could see an employee had cleaned everything up. He looked and saw me two different times, but would not even give me the time of day. If you say you’re going to be open till 9 pm be open.
