Saw someone post Jersey Mike’s Subs on Facebook and had to go check it out. First thoughts walking in is how clean it is. I know it’s a new place but still clean nonetheless. Looking at the menu I saw simple but delicious sounding subs. I did ask what a favorite was and they recommended the #56, big kahuna cheese steak. I’m glad I asked for that one because it was really good. It was a nice hot sub with a little kick of spice from the jalapeños. Definitely recommend that sub on a cold Duluth day. Like this place, will be back!

Amazing food! Plus you can order online and have it ready to pick up since everything is made fresh when you get there. I had the philly cheese steak and I can't rave enough about it! Right amount of meat and cheese!

Super good subs. Fast and friendly.

I stopped by with a load on a large trailer. Parked in a strange way because the parking lot didn't have any trailer spots. I was just about to leave when a guy parked right in front of me so there was no way to back up or go forward. I asked him if he would be willing to back up just long enough for me to get past him. As I was approaching, though, I saw he was older and had a cane and it wasn't easy to get out of his car. He agreed anyway and I got past him. As he was parking again, I jumped out of my truck, ran into Jersey Mikes and gave them $10 to pay for his sandwich. This isn't about me! The guy behind the counter could have just pocketed the money but I stayed long enough to see him hand the man the change from the $10.

Every single time I go to any location, they mess up my sandwich. EVERY SINGLE TIME EVEN THOUGH THEY WRITE MY ORDER DOWN. I have severe allergies and they have almost killed me multiple times even though I clearly stated no cheese. They have no joke messed up the last ten times. Im sick of it and do not want to give them business anymore. READ THE ORDER SLIPS. This goes out to the Duluth location and like 4 Minneapolis locations. Be better thanks. Shout out to Phil at the Duluth location for being a g and not messing up my sandwich 85 times. He’s awesome, the one star I gave goes to him. Keep up...

I had ordered a regular sub and a giant sub but ended up receiving two regular subs. I was disappointed because I paid extra to make the one sub giant and I didn’t receive that. I filed a complaint with the store and got a call within 10 minutes. The guy who called was very nice and said he apologized for the order mess up and sent me 2 free sub coupons to make up for it. The two regular subs that I got were incredibly delicious and I definitely recommend going there. It’s only a couple dollars more than other sub shops but the quality of food is outstandingly better at...
