I had the worst experience I have ever had at a walk up eatery in a mall. First time visiting this location in the perimeter mall. And if I see this employee working there I will not return. An African American female with straight hair. Blonde in it with jewels in her eyelashes. I asked about the pretzel bucket with two medium drinks. Asked what the bucket was considering there wasn't one in display. She said in a hateful tone it's a bucket with pretzels. I said I'll take one and two drinks. She asked me what kind i said what are my choices. She replies rudely with regular or sweet. I said regular. Then she asked the guy working if they had the containers. He said no. She stood there for a little bit and said I can't sell you that right now. Okay, I got two cups and two drinks. She was just rude and you can tell she hates her job. Being in management, customer service, and a reviewer of most public places I can assure the company, franchise owner, and this location that this employee is doing detrimental damage to the entire company and people's outlook on it. I would highly recommend a undercover management personnel shop this store and correct this issue...

I greeted him and he just gave me this hard glare! If you hate your job then QUIT! The customer should not suffer. Then he proceeds to make a comment about me basically taking a long time to complete my transaction. He said nothing about how to even complete the transaction. I was expecting to only pay using the ingenico machine, being ignorant to the fact that you have to select a tip option on another touchscreen before proceeding. I may have taken two minutes at the most. Ridiculous! Yes they had a long line, but one thing you don't do is disrespect the customer. First, by glaring at me after I greeted YOU first. Then complaining because I didn't rush through the transaction. I can't stand bad customer service! I wish I knew his name because he needs to be off...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnnecessarily rude staff. I went and asked the lady if they happened to have cheese sauce or sour cream to dip in and the lady said they didn't have cheese but they had sour cream. I ordered sour cream dip and some pretzel bites and the lady said they also have sour cream and onion bites, but I said I'd just like the regular with the sour cream dip. She then said they didn't have the dip, just the bites. I said ok and left. While I was leaving, the lady behind the one who spoke to me loudly said "what is wrong with her. You clearly said we didn't have sour cream" and the first lady went on complaining about me. I'm sorry I apparently didn't hear her correctly the first time? Maybe if they had used that loud volume to tell me everything originally, I wouldn't have misheard them. No need to be rude. I didn't even give them a hard time. At least wait until your customer is gone to talk about...
