Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Pandora location. I visited Sunday around 5:30 PM, placed a shopping bag (from another store) on the counter while browsing, and accidentally left it behind. Once I realized, the mall was already closed. I called the store repeatedly on Monday—no answer. I went in person and was told “no bag was found.” I asked them to review the cameras since I was there right before closing. I left my number and was promised a call from the night manager. That call never came. When I followed up, the manager had no idea I even came in. I asked again about camera review, was put on hold, told they were too busy—and then the call was dropped. I’ve called multiple times since, with zero follow-up. At this point, it feels like no one is taking responsibility or even trying to help. All I’ve asked is for the camera footage to be checked to see what happened to my bag. Not the greatest experience..I checked out this Pandora location for the first time with my boyfriend over the Thanksgiving weekend, I just wanted to check and see if they had any sales or new items. Because it was Black Friday I understand it was busy and the staff was overwhelmed with online orders but the manager that talked to me, Michelle, was pretty rude and told me i couldn’t “just look” it made me feel intimidated and that i had to buy something right way or she wouldn’t help me. I loved the necklace i bought don’t get me wrong, but I felt rushed and ultimately embarrassed for coming in and just wanting to check it out. She also was talking about us to one of her associates in front of us, scolding her to not bring in people into the store who didn’t have an immediate plan to buy something, completely unprofessional (all the while another couple who came in after us being helped by a different girl were able to look through the catalog and ask...

Unbelievable Extremely Poor Service I received tonight at this location the store manager was very mean and rude to me . She was not helpful at all, she rolled her eyes at me when I was simply asking for assistance and suggestions as I have never purchased from this company and has always wanted to . My family was waiting with me and the night time manager started yelling at me and calling me inconsiderate for shopping and taking my time in my selections, I don’t think she knows that customers are the reason she gets a check . She needs to be fired on the spot . While the time was passing by and the crazy manager screaming and yelling at me in front of my family Deidre deserves 5 stars I even tried to tip Deidre but she refused I felt so bad for her to have to service me while the manager was screaming and yelling over us .
