Visiting Chef Safaris African Fusion was an extraordinary culinary adventure that exceeded all my expectations. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I relish the opportunity to explore diverse cuisines, and Chef Safaris delivered an unforgettable experience.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Ethiopian Spiced Beef Curry.

From the moment the dish arrived at my table, the rich, aromatic spices filled the air, hinting at the delightful journey my taste buds were about to undertake.

The beef was perfectly tender, bathed in a sauce that masterfully balanced heat, sweetness, and a medley of intricate spices. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, offering a symphony of textures and tastes that danced harmoniously on my palate.

The only downside to this extraordinary dining experience is the unfortunate distance from my home in Lufkin, TX.

If only Chef Safaris were closer, it would undoubtedly become my go-to spot for both everyday meals and special occasions.

I personally don't care for positive vibes as long as the food is good. But honestly, just talking to Chef Safari for a few minutes, and you will find yourself looking forward to the dining experience even more so than from the amazing smell.

First time trying African food. I was always afraid it would lack vegetarian options. I was wrong; and Chef Safari was extremely helpful in explaining each of the dishes.

As for the food; clearly he is an absolute master. So many different foods from so many different regions; and all with distinct and very different flavors.

Highly recommend giving it a try!

Traditional Ethiopian food with subtle fusion elements. For example I tasted more coconut than I would expect. I often have negative side effects from eating food from restaurants due to all the garlic and such. This food gave me no problems! I will definitely be back every time I'm in Durango. Chef Safari is a very friendly person and is also generous. He gave me two desserts to try for free so I could review them. One was a mix of dates and walnuts, it tasted like a pie filling.
