I bet thier reviews will improve instantly n very much improve. Thier no such thing as 100% / Perfect but thier is very close that is hard 2 find. Read moreI love how they are very speedy at getting your order out. I have used drive through and also sat at a both and still my order is handled with exceptional timing. Lately, due to our battle with a pandemic and the rise of technology being utilized to limit exposure, I've started using the Sonic App. I love the convenience is and also speed. Through the app i have on several times made it through in less than 4 mins. Here is my reason for 4 star and not 5 star, because a few times i had questions regarding this app management would respond saying they don't know anything about the app. I dont believe management should allow any information such as how to properly use or operate their app. Also there several things missing on the app, i know it a tech issue, but several times i have called this location to see if they could add or substitute with anyone like amount item, again management would reply they don't know anything about the app. So far, only one person in management know some because u was given this response "im sorry, but the only person who would know anything about the app isnt here." Read moreThe carhops are always amazing and really nice but our food has been messed up every single time we have gone in multipletimes. We pay for extra cheese, jalapenos, and onion on our tots. Seems easy but it's always forgotten, I'm allergic to raw tomatoes and we always ask for no tomatoes on our cheeseburger and that never seems to happen. We have had food forgot and had to wait for 30 minutes. This is not a very time friendly place especially when there is no cars there is no reason to be waiting for an hour and 15 mins for a regular cheeseburger with no tomatoes. The only reason we even come back is because my 7 year old likes the ice cream they have. If there was any other place with a variety we would no longer come here. Honestly I wouldn't rate it any stars if that was an option. So I dont know what's going on in the kitchen but sonic you need new kitchen staff for sure. Oh and your staff needs 5o learn basic menu items they couldn't even make a French vanilla sweet tea.
