Hi Durango Joeâs Team,
I wanted to share some feedback about a recent visit. I ordered a cappuccino for here, but it was made to go instead â and I was charged the higher price for the to-go version. When I politely asked to have it remade correctly, one of the baristas, Tia, responded with attitude, which really caught me off guard.
Customers shouldnât have to argue or feel uncomfortable just to receive what they ordered, especially when paying top dollar for a simple morning coffee. I wasnât trying to cause trouble â I just wanted the drink I asked and paid for, served the way I prefer.
When I requested a refund, I was told my ticket could be âupdatedâ instead, which was confusing. I did eventually receive the refund, but the interaction as a whole â including being laughed at â left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
I understand mistakes happen, and maybe my order was misheard, but the response I got wasnât appropriate. I hope this feedback helps ensure that future customers are treated with respect and understanding when issues arise.

No alternative solution for why, besides waiting until Monday for a phone call from management. Surprised Management lets a bunch of tweens work at this establishment.
