Texas sytle BBQ place .Went with 3 people. The chicken was dry and pink inside. Maybe smoke it a bit longer!!! , pulled pork was dry and flavorless , cornbread was dry. Everything DRY , and seemes like it was just sitting out in thr ooen air all day. We ate at 445pm, the on a saturday, thisbis prime time !!!!!
Brisket was moist but flavorless also, I had to use the BBQ sauce that was on the table to flavor all the food that i tried. I should not have to do that. How is the food not have good flavor after being smoked for so many hours.
They really need to season all the meat wayyy more without over doing it or get a new chef and kitchen staff who know how to make food taste right. Only thing that was good was the fries, deviled eggs, Mac and cheese bites.
The food is not cheap I'm sure it's due to being in the American Dream. Prices for main dishes ( chicken, brisket, ribs ) go by half pound minimum ) for example: brisket $33 per pound - half pound minimum, so basically $ 15 per half pound then u order the sided and pay separately.
Halfpound portion of the pulled pork was a good portion size. The brisket half pound was about 3 to 4. 5 inch pieces, that was decent .
They had pulled pork , and brisket sandwiches with added sauce which thst didn't taste all good either.
Chili nachos was good at least.
You're looking at about $50 per person if u add drinks and 3 appitizers.
I later asked a few mall employees about how they liked the BBQ place and everyone basically " thats the worst place to eat " I could not believe what I heard. Damn what a shame
Maybe the food will taste way better if I decide to try it again , sometime maybe next year 2023. This place may need time to make major...
Read moreLess than stellar - server was slow to take orders after being seated, 3 in party total. Food came out fairly quick after the prolonged delay, 2 ordered salads and one came out missing chicken, kinda hard to miss. I ordered the “sloppy Texan” bbq sandwich which was $17. Granted I’m from the south so I know decent BBQ and this wouldn’t pass for mediocre on a bad day. Small portion size and little actual meat, served at room temp and mixed with a bland sauce that tasted like it came from a jar. Nobody in our party felt the food was good.
Then unexpectedly, a dueling piano show started - thinking it would be related to the theme with country music but no, it was all pop and sorry to say the two singers were like listening to a drunk trying to sing bad karioke - now my eardrums and my taste buds were not happy.
Here’s the real kicker and a warning - I didn’t look at my bill until later which is my mistake, but I was charged a $3 transaction fee for using a credit card! What restaurant in a major mall (or anywhere) charges a transaction fee, and $3?!? That’s like 5%!!
My bill was $70 before tax, tip and the laughable $3 transaction fee for two wedge salads, 1 sloppy Texan sandwich, 1 side of fries and 1 fountain soda. Nobody had alcohol, 2 had water.
In summary the food was not good, portions were small, the service was poor, the music was ear-splitting and totally off theme - the prices and yes, ridiculous transaction fee they stuck on my bill was so off base for the quality and service, this is one you should skip as the food court offers better options for far less $$ and better service too.

Read moreI can't tell you how much I wanted to love this place. We were so hungry and the hostesses was really lovely and accommodating. We were a very large party and she seated us with no problem and was very kind about it. The issues started when we ordered food. There are no vegetables on the menu at all.. I am not vegetarian or vegan or anything like that - I just wanted a side of either vegetables or a salad. The veggies on the menu are cooked with meat which would be fine, but if your main is meat, thats a lot! I asked for a side salad and our waitress said they don't do that. So then I asked for some lettuce and tomatoes that they put on the burger and she said they don't custom make salads - I told her I don't want a custom salad, I just want the veggies on the side. She refused. Out waitress was totally inflexible which was very disappointing. I just find it hard to believe that in 2022, even at a sports bar/BBQ place you can't have any flexibility with your food at all. My husband asked for a substitute of turkey bacon, and she gave us a lecture saying bacon is pork. I guess she never heard of turkey bacon or beef bacon.... anyway. I didn't want to be a total witch so I just had the chicken plain with nothing else. I woke up in the middle of the night violently ill. That was the worst experience I've had in a really long time and I don't think we'll be eating out any time soon. Better to cook at home. The one star was for the hosetess. Don't get me wrong, our waitress wasn't mean, she just...
