Arby's — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

If you want Arby's, the location in Wenatchee is better. This location I've been dissapointed more times than even satisfied. This summer, the shake machine was down, but they couldn't bother to put up a sign to let customers know before trying to order. They were also out of ice and the soda machine didn't even make the pop cold. The employee didn't even warn us about the no ice until after our order was placed and the room temperature soda was a surprise when we took our first sip. They are supposed to be open until 10pm, yet close the lobby promptly at 9pm. We showed up just a few minutes before 9pm (thinking we had until 10pm) and the door was already locked. Had to change our baby in the cold car instead, so we decided if they couldn't bother to let us inside, they didn't deserve our business through the drive thru. Saw at least 2 other cars choose the same thing in the 15 minutes we were parked there. Bad business to be closed so early on a Friday night! Ordered mozzarella sticks and a classic roast beef with cheese. I got tiny, shriveled, cold mozzarella sticks that look like they came from a grocery store. Clearly not the normal stock, a backup substitute that got thrown in the frier from who knows where. And whoever took the order changed what I actually ordered to a "Beef n' Cheddar" which is nauseating mess served with a dollop corn syrup sauce and dried onions.

This order was placed through uber, so this wasn't a misunderstanding, this was someone intentionally changing my order because they thought I did it wrong. My receipts make it look like there was an upcharge from the item change too, at time of checkout it was two dollars less than what it shows up as now, which is about the price difference between the two items.

Also, don't sell items if you can't get the stock for them, I would much MUCH rather not receive mozzerella sticks than pay out the nose for extremely gross off-label product like this. This place is Disgusting, dishonest,...

Worst experience ever. They took my order, then asked me to repeat it- fine. I repeated it. Told me they no longer have Mac and cheese bites; also fine- but it’s advertised everywhere still. A very large poster advertising it on their menu at the drive thru. When I got to the window (I was the only person at the restaurant) they took a minute or two to come tell me the total. She put the order in as I sat there and then took my money. The order was incorrect and I let her know that- I wanted crinkle fries because their curly fries aren’t curly anymore and are terrible. She asked for them back- which is just fine- and said it will take a few minutes to make the crinkle. I took the curly fries and left. When I got where I was going, my sandwich was wrong! I ordered the double beef and cheddar and got a single. I paid almost $20 for this meal and it’s just not good. I miss when Arby’s was great!
