Starbucks — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Most of these reviews are over a year ago or 3-5 years ago. So, I decided to go there for a more recent experince. And, I've realized that these workers do try to give customers the best they can, by serving coffee, bakery goods or even cookies. There customer services are top-tier when they try to correct their wrongs and even take special requests for anybody that doesn't like or wants something extra with their coffee/drink.

Although, some of the reviews below mine can be very similar to what I describe, you cannot base what the business has going on inside the Fred Meyer store. Their services can be based on a 8.5 /10 for dealing with customers. And, 7/10 for drink making (lowest possibility of 6.2/10 since over roasting does happen). Communicating and requesting can be 7.8/10 since mistakes are frequent but not enough to lower a 5/10.

Their ability to stay together as a business is a sheer miracle in itself, but knowing how they try to base their rights and wrongs is what makes it continue. And, I honestly hope they continue to do...

I stopped at Fred Meyers to do some shopping, it’s been snowing and I was freezing when I went in so decided to stop at Starbucks. I knew it was close to closing but only wanted a cup of coffee and went to the counter and asked if they were closed and that I just wanted a cup of coffee. After looking at her watch the gal said “sorry we’re closed”. If she had to check her watch to see if they were closed I think it was close enough that she could have pored a cup of coffee. I walked away and then looked at my watch and at that point it was straight up 7 pm so they were actually OPEN when I asked for coffee. What happened to that little bit of extra effort in customer service? They walked out at 7:20 as it was, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have impacted...

I don’t understand how people get away with such sad costumer service. I walked in this evening, no one else was there. I stood in front of the register and waited for one of the girls to just acknowledge that I was standing there. I made eye contact with both and neither said anything at all. They continued to avoid me until I asked if they were open. They said yes. Still they continued to do as they were. So I asked if It’d be ok if I ordered. At this point I was a bother... you could sense the tension. (I’m not exaggerating) When receiving my change the girl drops it in my hands. The other makes my drinks, then puts them on the counter as if she was the one that had reason to be...
