Melt Ice Cream Bar — Restaurant in Easton

I had major knee surgery 3 days ago so I decided to treat my family and I to Melt's awesome sundaes! I placed an order via GrubHub. (Big mistake). I placed the order at 6pm. Delivery scheduled for 718/730pm. No biggie. I can't drive. It changes 3 times to delivery for 8pm and still no driver. I call Melt and tell the ladies what is going on. I have my father and son help me get into the passenger side of my mother's car and we go pick up our ice cream. The ladies held my order until we go there and also were sweet enough to bring it out to my car! Thank you so so much for all your help and the amazing ice cream. I definitely needed this pick me up after sugery!

I asked grubhub for a refund since I paid extra for their services and the delivery. They wanted to deny me because the ice cream wasn't ruined. My partner and I went to their Grand Opening yesterday in Easton, and while I have never gone to the shop in PBurg, I can say its a cute little place. The ice cream was very good, and the price matched the vibe and quality of the ice cream. I would love to give a full 5 stars, but I have to deduct one because I couldn't tell it was a grand opening! There were no balloons, no music or small trinkets. Now, all those items aren't needed for good quality service and food. But the point is to draw business and while they have a small cult following. I believe they have good quality icr cream and will do well, but the area doesn't know them yet. Bring the people in to buy and spend money! We walked to Melt right from Crayola because of the reviews and I’m happy we did. The 2 ladies working Alana and Katie were super helpful. I had my 3 grandchildren ages 5,4 and 3. Alana told me that the servings were large and the baby wouldn’t eat his alone so we ordered them to share. I work in retail and I appreciate her customer first attitude. The ice cream choices are amazing!! Fun names and designs. You get exactly what you see in the pictures (they did offer options to change ice cream favors) I wish we took pictures I guess everyone was ready to dive in. We will stop by again and we will recommend Melt. I almost forgot to mention they gave the boys balloon animals. Great service!! Really good ice cream...
