The ice cream flavors are excellent, and I especially recommend the homemade waffle cone. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the extremely rude treatment we received from a young woman working behind the counter. I rarely ever leave reviews like this, but the level of unprofessionalism was beyond unacceptable.
We arrived around 10 p.m. The doors were propped wide open, lights were on, music was playing loudly, and several other customers were inside. When we approached the counter, the woman greeted us curtly. When my partner asked for an extra moment to decide on a flavor, she snapped, “We’re trying to close,” and grimaced.
I ordered the black sesame soft serve in a cone. She attempted to make it, then abruptly said the machine was broken, hitting it several times in frustration. Instead of offering an alternative, she just stared at me with a rude expression. My partner, so put off by her demeanor, decided not to order at all. When we paid, she tossed our change at us as we left.
The ice cream itself was wonderful, but the hostility of the service completely ruined what should have been a pleasant evening walk...

She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful to us and our dog! In addition to hard ice cream, the shop also sells a variety of soft-serve ice cream flavors, a sugar-free hard ice cream flavor (coffee at the time we visited), some sorbet, and sodas.
Overal, highly recommend! We will be back!
Cash only and there is...

It wasn’t our favorite ice cream shop in the neighborhood and it was a little annoying that...
