Terrible Crumbl location. I have spent hundreds of dollars here despite ongoing issues with quality control. Today was the last straw and they won’t get another dime from me. They constantly run out of the most popular flavors. You can order through the app, but by the time you show up, the flavors are sold out. Months ago, I ordered a 4-pack of my favorite cookie, Blue Monster. I arrived to pick it up 15 minutes later and it was sold out. They said they weren’t making more and it was Saturday, so no chance of getting the cookie I wanted. I asked for a refund and they refused. They offered to replace the cookies with other flavors that I did not want. I just wanted my money back. Finally, they convinced me to accept a free 12-pack coupon in lieu of a refund. I have held onto the coupon since May, patiently awaiting the return of my favorite cookie. There is no expiration date on the coupon. Blue Monster finally hit the menu this week, so I went in to redeem my coupon. I was told they would not honor the coupon because the franchise was purchased by a new owner and the coupon was issued by the old owner. How is that my problem? Why should that be my problem?? I only accepted this coupon in lieu of a refund, so they essentially stole my money. The cookies “sell out” and still show as available in the app, because they fill DoorDash orders when they’re placed, but when a customer orders through the app, they do not box the order until the customer arrives. Effectively this means they screw over their direct customers in favor of DoorDash customers. Also, this location is terrible about dressing the cookies according to the brand standard. Sorry to be a Karen about it, but for $5 a pop, the cookies should be as advertised. This location loves to skimp on the frosting and other toppings. So if you go here, double check your cookies before you leave and don’t hesitate to ask them to fix any issues. Don’t let them tell you they can’t add extra toppings when you aren’t asking for *extra,* you are just asking for the cookies to be as advertised. And under NO circumstances should you accept a coupon in lieu of a refund. If they sell out of the cookies you want and you don’t want the cookies they have in stock, demand a refund. If they refuse to refund you, dispute the charge with your bank. Don’t let them get away with unethical business practices and bad customer service. To the new owner: I hope being unethical and cheap works out for you as well as it worked out for the former owner!

I think I'm done with crumbl. This is only my 2nd experience. Once here in denver and in Dallas tx. I've left with a bad taste in my mouth both times both from the attitude of their workers and the cookies themselves. This time the issue was I requested the cookie to be warmed she said it's a chilled cookie only. I'm sorry but who eats cold cookies???? I just don't get this place. Can you at least serve it room temp maybe?? I only asked it to be warmed because it was so cold I could feel the coldness through the box. I f for health regulations you have to serve the frosting cold then keep the cookie at room temperature and just top it with the cold frosting and cold caramel when customers order it. I think that would be a little bit better than having the whole thing cold. And the fact that you can only get smaller cookies through catering makes 0 sense to me either. I'm sure there are plenty of people that can finish one of these humongous dense rich thick high sugar high calorie cookies on their own but for some of us it's way too much. I think they should at least offer the smaller cookies two for five dollars instead of just having it for catering only. We can save the other for later or give it to a friend. I took my other half of the salted caramel I got to my mother she took one bite and said omg that's too much. Exactly! Guess this place just isn't our cup of tea. As far as the workers go both visits in two different states the workers seemed bored and bothered. Not welcoming not warm not friendly no thank you for coming in today... nothing! Just here's your cookie no we can't warm it goodbye.

Update: Ok this time. They were brought in at work with similar flavors. However this time they were definitely cooked properly. The cookie dough cookie is just too much if I’m being honest. Original: I dont get the hype. With all these new cookie delivery companies popping up everywhere, I’m surprised these folks are on top. The cookies taste OK overall. Some of these icings are intensely sweet and really overpower the cookie but that’s a personal preference. I suppose my biggest complaint is the cook level I am 100% a fan of a chewy soft cookie, but I still want it mostly cooked. These are awfully raw in places.

BEWARE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EDGEWATER LOCATION!! I would leave zero stars if I could. We placed a large corporate catering order with several locations throughout Colorado. Unfortunately, there were a couple hiccups but the majority of the Crumbl locations were quick to provide resolution. Sadly, however, the EDGEWATER location was horrible! I do not recommend ever ordering from this store - The manager, Breklin, was incredibly rude and incompetent. We called to place our order over the phone on a Monday, since the online system had limitations we needed help overriding for such a large order. I even followed up with an email the following morning, clearly breaking down the order details to avoid any complications. Mind you, we were not picking up until Thursday - plenty of notice! Even though I followed up with an email and the staff at the store entered the order, no one said anything about extra box charges. We spent hundreds of dollars and my team showed up and was told that to split the order into separate boxes of a dozen, there would be an extra charge. Why was this not handled when I was on the phone placing the order? I made it clear we would be needing several boxes of a dozen. Why didn't anyone follow up with my detailed email? Why was I told everything was good to go for pick-up? The manager implied this was our fault and then blamed corporate policy, despite every other Crumbl location being able to assist and provide proper customer service. BE WARNED!! AVOID THE...
