This is specifically for the EWR airport location in Terminal A. Awful experience from the start and never got better…actually got worse. The person taking the order seemed cheery and friendly, but had a lot of attitude when you asked a question. Then, I’m waiting for my cappuccino and my name even appears on the sign to pick it up, but nothing. No one is even moving behind the counter. All of the staff are just chatting with each other. Another customer asks me if anyone is making coffees and I said I don’t know but I haven’t seen mine yet. Only then does someone come over and ask if I am waiting for something. Really? I was the only customer waiting until the person behind came 5-7min later. So I ask if someone can please make my drink. The employee grabs the ticket, obviously doesn’t read it, and begins making something that’s not my drink. The first time I ask if she used oat milk (which I was charged an extra $1 for…insane), and the answer is no, so she starts over. The second time she didn’t even read the ticket, so I go sit down and wait for the next try. Take me drink and headed to my gate to board. Get seated in my plane and looking forward to my cappuccino…it wasn’t. Just a coffee with milk in it. Incorrect drink, a tiny sandwich on a croissant, and a small water for over...
Read moreI just paid $5.25 for the most mid croissant I’ve ever had in my life. Mid is a generous description if we are being honest… the prepackaged ones at Ralphs are dunking on these… and $5.25 for a plain croissant?!?!? Let me get this knife out my back. Our Founding Fathers are so disappointed rn.
I know it’s at an airport and I shouldn’t even have any expectations, but my eternal optimism really gets me into trouble at times. But that’s not something I would change. I never want to lose that part of myself but it’s getting hard with these $5.25 mid croissants.
Like anything in life, I need to take personal accountability for this error. I could have walked over and inspected the croissants, but it was 6:43 in the morning and I was delirious. No excuses tho, champions don’t make excuses.

Read moreThe lid burst open as I grabbed the hot coffee from the counter and burned my hand. It was probably a defect from the cup and the employee who had just put it on the counter didn't get phased. She proceeded to place the lid again and again it burst spilling more steamed latte on my hands and counter. She then proceeded to pour the contents into a non-defective cup. Accidents happen but the attitude of the employee was subpar. Not a word not even a thank you as I was helping her clean the spill... Oh and by the way Zaros your coffee tasted like burnt rubber but I had a plane to catch so I didn't feel like going for another round of burnt hands and zapped taste buds. Sorry I don't like leaving bad reviews. You can't change the events but you can change...
