I went to the Arlington heights IL location where I found that they were closed didn't post anything they were just closed on a Monday night at 7:00 p.m. I found that odd so I looked them up on Google and found another one that I drove over 15 minutes to get to. When I got there I was told by security (yes child security in Rolling Meadows) that they're not accepting any orders unless you have an invitation. I told the gentleman that I just drove over 15 minutes away to get some food from you guys and now you're telling me I can't. I said can you please reach out to the manager maybe they could help and they told me the regional manager is right there and said no one is allowed to order unless they have an invite. Wow well Mr regional manager... you could go pluck yourself a chicken because your service is horrendous. For a loyal customer to have gone completely out of their way and drive all the way across town to get service and to be refused is the worst customer experience I have ever been through ever and you may not understand this and you might be a big shot but I'm sure someone is going to look at this and say you know what I'm going to skip Raising Cane today. I promise you I will be skipping your restaurant for an extremely long time and go right down the street to portillo's, Popeyes or KFC they're better...

Do your self a favor and go there. After eating 10 percent of the food we ordered we gave the rest away to our cat. And even after my mouth and hands...
Read more6/2024 5* First time in here. I am always surprised that they only sell one product. Chicken fingers. But the fingers were good and the service was friendly and of exceptional quality. Benjamin was a delight. Benjamin took great care of us and answered our questions in a most friendly way. Always stopping by our table to check on us. He was a bright spot in our day. Thanks Benjamin for the smiles!
A large group came in and all of a sudden it got super loud in here. Then out of nowhere the music started blaring. It was ridiculously high. Time to leave. We will possibly return but maybe thru the drive thru only. But then we would miss seeing Benjamin. That would make us...
