Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Elkhart

Really disappointed in how the is store’s service and quality has declined over the years. I’m a long time delivery and pickup customer, and while I was in undergrad I was also a delivery employee at this location. So I’m quite familiar with the delivery routes.

I placed my order through text this evening, and an hour later received a call an HOUR after my order was placed from Jessica the “manager”, stating that they don’t deliver to my address, and I questioned her as they have delivered to my home as recently as the 2/5/2022, and she stated nothing has changed but a manager must always bypass it. I work in AI so I’m familiar with how these systems work and I sincerely doubt the text-to-order system just has a manager sitting around to “override” text orders for this store. Her response was she that only had one driver.

I was told I was not allowed to order by Jessica ever again, which is fine as this store is likely to close in the future anyway when they can’t staff more than single driver on a Saturday night, they won’t be able to keep business. They should probably replace their in-store...

Called to order pizza delivery for employees at a nearby manufacturing plant this evening. (Within 4 miles) After being put on hold a couple times we were told they no longer deliver that far. Informed the employee we just had pizzas delivered to our afternoon shift earlier today. Got put on hold again, was then told the owner drew a new delivery map "today". So we decide fine we will pick it up. Placed our order and asked if it could be ready in one hour to give them time to get it ready. We get put on hold again. Now we are told we need to call back in half an hour to pay for it, they can't take the payment right now because they aren't making that ticket yet. At that point we decided it is apparently much to difficult for them to take our order this evening and they obviously do not care if they have our business. The hundreds to thousands of dollars we spend there every year for employees will now be spent somewhere else. Just...

We got to Jets Pizza pretty early before they closed. The 3 lady’s inside started running around and turned off all the lights and Locked the door before I had a chance to get out of my car they were even eating pizza. They close at 11 pm and I got there at 10:40. I feel like they should take there job way more seriously and they should respect the time they close. And locking the door after seeing someone walking to the door seems pretty rude in my opinion. And before I left they keep looking at me from the store. They started laughing and keep going to the back and the second they saw my car they turned off the open sine. They need to learn how to do there job and if they don’t wanna work just go home and stop wasting...
