The kiosk allowed us to select an entire order before alerting us the payment station didn’t work. It then spit out a receipt for us take to the counter…but it was blank.
The only worthwhile employee working during our visit found our order in the system and entered it for us. The store was brightly decorated for Grimace’s birthday…which is the only compliment I can offer in this review. We took a seat. The employee who took our order came out to inform us the Coke freeze wasn’t working so we switched to a different flavor. He later brought out the food after a longer than average wait given we were one of only three tables in the restaurant.
The order was missing a sandwich. That prompted a visit to the counter.
The fries were cold. That prompted a second visit to the counter.
There was no ketchup anywhere in the dining area. That prompted a third visit to the counter.
There were no less than ten employees visible at this establishment this day and only one seemed interested in whether or not our expectations were met was the same employee who processed our order, changed our drinks, brought the food, found the missing sandwich, replaced the fries, and provided ketchup. He hustled while everyone else moseyed around looking like they would rather be anywhere else. That man should find a better place to work because this location and staff do not rise to his level and are killing his efforts with their unquestionably low standards for performance.
We ordered to dine in, but as the number of angry customers at the counter increased, we took our food and ate in the RV.
I have disliked McDonalds since Covid…their prices have skyrocketed while their service has tanked…and I have found this to be the case across different states and cities, small towns and large. There is a culture of apathy. The experience reinforced my belief that Culver’s and Chick-fil-A deserve all our...
Read moreRidiculous. Ordered from the drive thru line #1.CLEARLY STATED."Yes, I would like a 20pc.nugget,a LARGE fry, a (interrupted to be asked what kind of sauce )large chocolate chip shamrock frappe,a #6 (which is an artisan chicken sandwich MEAL) Large with a chocolate shamrock shake instead of the drink please. I count TWO large fries in this order? Get one. Guy at the window asks for receipt. Really? With cars lined up? So I give him the receipt and tell him I will park and go in. Go to the counter. Ask how much a LG. Fry is? Read on the board that it's 2.50 while girls brain is exploding trying to figure what the price is. I put 3.00$ on the counter, tell the girl I would like my LARGE FRY that I ordered with my change and I will be waiting in parking spot #1. She proceeded to say "you don't have to get an ATTITUDE about it? EXCUSE ME? obviously I do because your employees can't seem to get the xxxxx out of there ears to HEAR an order. The last 6X I've been here my order has been. Screwed up, cold, thrown together, or missing items. I got my fries. They were colder than the ones my son had from the original order? I drove to Martins to do my shopping. Opened up my sandwich noticed the bun was rock hard took it off. Idk what this brownish slime that was crusty on the edges was SUPPOSED to be....but it didn't resemble lettuce. I should have gone back but I would have probably gone to jail. I am usually a very calm nice person. But this girl was raised by a mother who put in 17 years at McDonald's as a manager. She raised me with the stocks from her investments. Our family were believers in the McDonald's industry. This place is a joke. I can remember my mom always saying presentation is everything. Q.S.C. Quality, Service, Cleanliness. Got time to lean? Got time to clean. I will NEVER waste another PENNY on this place. Highly...
Read more5/7/2020 I have to say that I am severely disappointed by the morning service of this restaurant. For two days straight I have had issues with them. Yesterday morning, I requested my breakfast meal in the intercom before going to work. They asked me to move forward to their second window which I thought odd. They then asked me for my order AGAIN. I asked why they needed it again and they didn't answer and just asked for my order. I tried to tell them and I am uncertain whether it was the sounds of the restaurant or the thick piece of plastic covering the window for CORVID-19, but they misheard and got the order wrong. I was frustrated and they did apologize and try to fix my order which they almost did, but when I checked my replacement drink for hot chocolate at work it was ice COLD. I was very frustrated but finished my breakfast anyway. This morning, I brought a written order in case this situation happened again. But when I got there I got the automated greeting and then nothing. No response for 15 MINUTES, yet two cars in the other intercom were getting service in that time while I had not even received a "one moment please." I was absolutely frustrated and just left. I am not writing this review because I am mad, but rather I am disappointed at their very poor service and management of the morning hours. What is confusing to me is they were a lot better earlier this week. I don't know if its new management or lack of employees, but the service was abysmal these last two days. I am giving this review 2 Stars instead of 1 because the food is quite good and there hot chocolate is DELICIOUS. But their services these last two days don't make satisfied to give anymore praise to their poor handling of my services...
