Hamburger Stand — Restaurant in Englewood

This place has the worst customer service ever....but I love their icecream. I'm always so torn. I hate to support a business that puts so little effort into improving their customers experience. However, I'm weak. Their ice cream inhabits my dreams calling to me. Okay, okay...a little dramatic. But seriously, I love their ice cream! Unfortunately, often after leaving this place, I'm so angry with the unbearably rude service i have received, that my ice cream experience is ruined. Ice cream is an indulgence to be completely enjoyed. I don't want it marred by a bad attitude from an employee. Often, the sundae will be a good inch or two short on ice cream. Other times, something will be missing from the order. Once the corn dogs were raw in the middle and we had to toast them in the oven. Frequently, the employee that takes the order and payment is rude and insolent. Despite all of this, I heartily recommend you dare the bad service and definitely try the ice cream. Worse hamburger stand ever!!! The manager is horrible and so is the staff!! I asked for a #2 which is a chili cheese dog and chili cheese burger, went into the store and politely told the gentleman at the register he didn't even attempt to help, he calls some ratchet female who doesn't even look presentable and tell her to help me so I kindly once again explained I received 2 cheeseburgers instead of the #2 and she rudely grabs the burgers throws them in the trash and throws the correct items in my bag and says "next time order correctly because your wasting our money" lmao this was not my fault on the stupid receipt it says the correct order so whoever bagged the items didn't pay attention. Worst experience I've ever had here and I promise I will not be back and I recommend not going here if your not ready to fight the manager who can't even keep her own person together 😂 she also proceeded to try and fight me as I walked out the door so...

Nov 28th @ 8:10 pm, I have come to this location for years, and I visit on a regular basis, there are normally a few guys working who are great, tonight they have two ladies working who are terrible! Absolutely terrible! They are extremely rude.... When putting in your order they ask "anything else?" You add to your order but they aren't really listening because when they read it back they don't have what you said, and if you take too long they just spit out a total .... Really? I said yes there is one more thing just a second.... And when you get up to the window they rolling their eyes, at you? At the car behind you? Dosent really matter ... RUDE. We asked for extra ranch for the jalapeno poppers, completely expecting to be changed for it or what ever no big deal but she says "you have enough in the bag" .... I don't want to stop coming here but if I have to deal with this behavior. Stake and shake is right down...
