Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Englewood

We found this via Google maps, visited the linked website for this location and found some great coupons. We asked to use one and the employee said no, we can't use those. They turn around and show us a mailer with different coupons, similiar but higher pricing. The employee said its because of the hamburger on the building that makes them different, despite being owned by Wienerscnitzel. I expected to look back on Google and realize my mistake (usually I notice name / franchise differences like this, especially when trying to use coupons) but nope. It's just Wienerschnitzel! There is no way for a customer to know this. It also feels scummy to not take the coupons linked on the website. The food was definitely what we paid for. We used the $6 coupon on the mailer for 2 chili dogs + chili cheese fries. They were not filling but for the price, I'd return for a quick hot, guilty snack.

I guess there's a lobby. The way we entered had like 6 square feet for customers to order. It was cramped with others in there. If I walked by and saw people inside, I'd probably eat...

Of all the Hamburger Stand/Wienerschnitzel fast food places I've been to... This one is nasty dirty and the service and food quality is not good. Their Chile cheese dogs were lacking in both Chile and cheese. The service was prompt but rudely administered even tho it was after lunch time they were rushing me for my order as soon as I walked up. After giving order and paying them they still forgot what the drink was, asking me... HEY MAN, WHAT WAS IT YOU WANTED TO DRINK? and then food order was not correct and partially missing. They acted as if it was my fault. I TRULY think they were HIGH! FLIES BUZZING AROUND EVERYWHERE and they were not concerned. I LIKE WIENERSCHNITZEL, BUT WON'T EVER GO BACK TO...

I went to the store and saw the open sign on. Pulled into the drive thru, waited a bit, then pulled up to the window. A very nice gentleman told me I was about 15 minutes early, yet asked me what I was thinking about getting. I said, 2 chili cheese burgers and a large fish and chips. He said....
