Ordered a sub and after 40 minutes I called up to see what the problem is. The manager said the driver went out 30 minutes ago with 2 deliveries to make and if she didn't show up in 10 minutes to call back and she would send out another sub. 10 minutes later the driver calls me and is inexplicably mad at ME! She asks if I'm the front house or the side house and how many people live in my house. I say I'm the only one, no one else lives here. I ask if she was looking for my specific address and she yells "Yes, I was just there!" So I tell her she was at the wrong house. She says she was not at the wrong house and asks if I want her to bring it now. I tell her not to bother because she'll just go to the wrong address and as I'm asking her to have the payment put back onto my credit card she hangs up on me. I call back and ask to speak to a manager. I tell the manager what just happened and she says well do you want me to send the sub out. No apology for how an employee just treated a customer, no apology for how long it had taken and nothing offered to try and change the attitude of a customer that has been treated so poorly under her "management". I tell her not to bother I just want the payment I'VE ALREADY MADE to bet refunded onto my card. She says O.K and hangs up on me with getting any information from me! At this point I'm thinking of throwing a malatov cocktail through the front window but I don't want to hurt anyone besides the 2 bitchy retards I had been dealing with. It's been 3 days and while the charge has gone through there is no refund! if you want a horrible customer service experience and pay money for nothing than this is the place for you. Read moreUpdate 5/1/23: Ordered again today, and specifically asked several times to make sure the mayo packets were in the bag. Sure enough, no mayo packets were in there when the order came. This is just so pathetic how they cant even get mayo packs right. Ever.
Edit after JJs response: I have already let this owner know. Several times. No changes are ever made, so there’s no point in contacting corporate to get to the owner. The only thing left to do now is warn other people about the experience they will likely have by going here, since the owner clearly doesn’t care enough to make even the most simple changes.
Original review: I order all the time from here, and we are going on over 12 times in a row now that they forgot the requested mayo packets. Considering the bread person there NEVER uses the mayo scoop for consistent portioning, they never actually add the "extra mayo" that I request, hence why I have to order mayo packs and why it's crucial I receive them when I order them. Nevermind the inadequate application of the mayo leading to many dry spots on the bread, they get 1 star until they can at least start remembering to bring requested mayo packets on their deliveries. It's not difficult. I know from experience.
They are still much better than the University location, not that that's saying much, but still its clear that this store has no structure or discipline, and training seems non-existent or just totally ignored. I pull up to get a sandwich on my lunch break (I literally direct operations down the street, we give you guys tons of business almost daily) and I’m told I cannot use my birthday rewards through the drive through. Fine, all good, doesn’t help me with how I can use them just no I can’t and that’s it. So I’ll order them through the app while I wait in the drive to to get them at the window (it’s literally a PRE MADE BOWTIE PASTA). I get to the window and say I have the second order and I’m told I can’t do that, I tell him it literally says right here that it’s for drive through. This man proceeds to argue with me and then tells me I can’t cut other people behind me and that’s it’s not cool?! I ordered that while I was sitting at the drive through, the guy behind me didn’t even finish ordering yet so guess what, I WAS THE NEXT ORDER BEHIND ME! So I pull out back in traffic and do a full loop and pull up to the drive through again to give my name and before I even get around the corner this man has my pasta hanging out the window.
