Horrible customer service. This McDonalds has 2 drive threws. We went to drive threw #2. We sat there for 5 minutes waiting.. For 5 minutes we were totally ignored, with cars behind us. Cars that came after us who went to drive threw # 1 got service.. 3 Cars that came after us got service.. While we were sitting there, we could hear the employee working drive threw #2 having casual conversation with another employee. Went inside to ask them if there was a problem with drive threw # 2.. The employees just blew me off.. I asked for the manager. The manager really did not care. She just said, the employee working drive threw #2 was doing the money. I asked the manger, why is an employee working the drive threw, doing something else, that prevents them from doing their assigned job.. The manager, just said. " oh I will talk to her, cuz she should do 2 jobs at once.. The manager is responsible for the actions of their crew.. The manager needs to be on top everything and make sure, that their crew is doing their jobs correctly. The manager seemed to have no interest in correcting the problem and seemed put off, that I came into let them know, there is a problem.. Yea I know it's Mccdonalds, but if you don't like your job, then quit. Doesn't matter if your an employee or manager, if you don't like your job, leave and go find another one. Don't disrespect your customers or make your customers feel like their presence/business is a inconvince to you. Customers are paying your wages. Making your customers feel like they are bothering you by asking to be waited on is not productive. At least 4 to 5 times a week, for the last 5 year's, we have been getting coffee and iced coffee from this particular mccdonalds.. Read moreThis used to be a great location a couple years back when I used to work in the area and come here for lunch occasionally. But things have changed so I go through the drive thru and order a TV which is a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal I also asked for two plain hamburger patties just the patty for my dog. This has never been a problem before now they act like they understand what I'm saying and in fact they don't. Then they have me pulling the slot number two and wait for my food, please keep in mind that I'm on my lunch break from work... So after waiting approximately 10 minutes I get out of the car and I go inside. I get my food get in the car and and go home. Open the bag open my quarter pounder with bacon and cheese to find no bacon and two hamburgers with the bread with mustard ketchup and pickles and onions on them so now I've been overcharged for the plain hamburger patties as well as the Quarter Pounder. I call the restaurant and tell them what's happened the manager tells me I just need your name and your last initial and I will put you in our manager's book we will replace your meal about a week and a half later I decided to go get my replacement meal when I was told that they have no managers book did she proceed to ask me for my receipts which is funny because I asked the manager if I needed to hang on to it and I was told no. This restaurant has horrible customer service skills and I will not be returning there and I would encourage anyone that is sick of getting their orders wrong or being disrespected or paying for if these are things that you love , by all means, you should go to this...
Read moreAnother bad experience at this McDonald's. Made my order and I forgot to add a large fri. So I ordered it when I got to the window to pay. I get to the next window to pick up my food. My order was a double quarter pounder deluxe meal with a large fri and a large Sprite, 20 piece nugget and a kids meal with fries and a chocolate milk. With another large fri on the second order. The woman at the second window hands me the kids meal and one bag with only the nuggets and double quarter pounder. I ask for my order of 2 fries, my Sprite and chocolate milk. She hands me the chocolate milk and proceeds to argue with me about my fries and drink. She gives me my drink and 1 large fri and still agues with me about my second fri saying she wants a receipt. I didn't get one for the second fri but I have to argue her that I'm not leaving until I get my second fri. She gets my second fri. I get home my double quarter pounder is not a deluxe my large Sprite is a large water. I didn't go to McDonald's to argue with your employee who can't even do her job right. I understand mistakes happen but to have to argue with that employee is not right.
