Conveniently located in Town Square right by the Apple Store, Tamba is more than just a restaurant—it’s a visual and culinary delight. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a beautifully designed space that exudes warmth and elegance. Plush booths and stylish swivel chairs in earthy, muted tones create an inviting atmosphere, while a striking bookshelf filled with Indian décor and books adds a thoughtful cultural touch.
The hostesses were incredibly friendly and welcoming, seating us immediately with warm smiles. The bar and lounge area is just as impressive—stylish, modern, and perfect for a pre-dinner drink.
I started with the Darjeeling Pimm’s Cup, a creative cocktail made with Darjeeling-infused Pimm’s and English lemonade, garnished with mint, strawberry, and cucumber. It was unbelievably refreshing, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced—one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while.
For appetizers, we ordered the samosas, and they were nothing short of amazing—crispy on the outside, flavorful on the inside, and paired with delicious sauces.
The standout dish for me was the Bhuna Cobi, a roasted purple cauliflower steak served with cherry tomato, green coconut curry, broccoli purée, and Japanese chili oil. The flavors were rich yet delicate, and the cauliflower was perfectly tender. It was hands down one of the most unique and delicious vegetarian dishes I’ve ever had.
We also shared the Subz Kebab Biryani, a beautifully aromatic dish with saffron basmati rice, vegetable tikki, and an exquisite blend of Indian herbs and spices. Every bite was packed with flavor.
And you simply can’t leave without trying their naan—we had both the plain and black truffle naan, and all I can say is wow. Fluffy, fresh, and perfectly charred, they were the ideal accompaniment to every dish.
Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable. The staff was highly attentive—constantly refilling our water, replacing utensils without being asked, and ensuring every detail was taken care of.

From the moment we arrived, Oliver’s warm and attentive service set the tone for an exceptional evening. He went above and beyond with his recommendations, and every single one was absolutely incredible. Jhae, our server, further enhanced the experience with his expertise and thoughtful guidance through the menu.
The food at Tamba is a standout. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful, but the goat curry stole the spotlight—it’s hands down the best curry I’ve ever had. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Surprisingly, the sushi was just as exceptional—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented, offering a delightful fusion element to the menu.
What truly sets Tamba apart is its unique and elaborate cocktail program, curated by the legendary Giuseppe González, one of the world’s foremost bartenders. Giuseppe runs the bar program at Tamba, solidifying its status as the hottest new restaurant in Vegas. His Duke of Suffolk cocktail was an absolute masterpiece—unique and comforting, like a warm hug in a glass.
The cocktail menu at Tamba is creatively themed and divided into several intriguing sections, each offering something unique and exciting. One standout section is Elixirs of Fire, which features innovative cocktails like Priya’s Breakfast, an unusual yet delicious drink that was a delightful surprise, every cocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced. Each section of the menu is thoughtfully curated, ensuring there’s something for every palate. The cocktails are not just drinks—they’re experiences, designed to pair beautifully with the bold and dynamic flavors of the menu.

Read moreBy far, the best Indian food I’ve ever had, including the kind made in my home all my life, Tamba is arguably one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to.
The Indian cuisine is spot on, and the fusion and other Asian dishes are authentic and well crafted. The prawns were absolutely incredible, their flavor was one that you can only experience once in a lifetime. The Samosa and Chaat were delicious as well, they used more traditional Indian flavors. One of the highlights was the Sushi Hamachi, which stood out as one of the best rolls I’ve had, because of its harmonious blend of Indian and Japanese flavors.
In general, Tamba does fusion cuisine in an unexpectedly delightful way, I've never tried Indian dishes quite like the ones here before. The spices are perfectly balanced, the salt, cumin seeds, turmeric, everything contributed to the unique flavors. Also, no dish was overly powerful, each one was delicate and incredibly tasty.
As for desserts, they were beautiful, featuring flavors like passion fruit and mint. We got the cheesecake, jalebi, and ras malai, all of which were delicious. The cheesecake combined warm and cold, crunchy and smooth elements, and was beautifully decorated with indigo flowers. The ras malai was my personal favorite, creamy with a light pistachio flavor.
The restaurant's design is aesthetically pleasing, there is a consistent copper color theme and a modern, clean layout. Everything from the napkins to the menus is custom designed, showing their logo and brand. The plates were elegantly presented, using specific colors and patterns that make the food look every bit as good as it tastes.
The service was great, our waiter, Nate, was professional, kind, and incredibly informative. He had a deep understanding of the menu, and all his suggestions were spot on. Additionally, we were visited by the sous chef and owner, who checked in on how everything was going.
Overall, I recommend Tamba to anyone, please visit and try it, you will not be...
