NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. While placing an order (you place order at window) our kids went down to see the colorful bus and gnome out front. There is no signage saying to stay away from the bus. An older middle aged person that works here, perhaps an owner or manager, came out and asked whose children. The kids immediately came and sat down with us. Here is the thing, this person kept on going, publicly shaming us, and saying the kids need to stay off the G D bus (yes cussing very loudly with the whole words not the abbreviation), except the kids weren't "on" his bus, just next to it and immediately came when called and were not out of control. We kept saying sorry and we heard you very quietly but he kept going- yelling at us and publicly sharing and humiliating us at the top of his lungs... and for what? They weren't even 'on" his bus, just next to it. Because of this I just cannot recommend anyone with kids coming here. Also the place is in total disrepair, paint peeling everywhere, over half the bulbs were out on the light fixtures, and an actual mosquito pond that may have once been a fountain that does actually say don't touch (unlike the bus that has a small path next to it and again no signs). There is also some metal art I think near the patio but it is buried in weeds. The pizza is ok. It is a thinner crust but not crispy, it droops if you pick it up. The kids enjoyed splitting their personal pan 8 inch pizza. It equated to about 6 slices. We (the parents) ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza- it was a little soggy and not memorable but it hit the spot. They have fountain soft drinks, canned beer with a lot of good local selections from Bentonville brewing Co, and some small boxed/cartons wine. I liked the relaxed vibe when the creepy mean guy was not around. The rest of the staff were SO nice and helpful and the music was great on the speakers. The outdoor patio vibe is nice, as long as the mean person isn't working. I just can't suggest coming here with kids unless you enjoy being yelled at. We had other patrons stop by our table to tell us how inappropriate it was for how that grumpy manager/owner was in how he spoke to us. That other table was 5 tables away from us to give you an idea of how loud he was. This was unfortunate as we liked the vibe, beer, and the pizza was ok but no one should be treated that way. There was zero hospitality from that person in an otherwise super...

Was not a good experience at all. We didn’t expect there to be only outside seating, but that’s whatever; we could’ve done more research. So we went for the takeout option. Before we even got the chance to order, the woman at the window kept asking us questions about our time here and what we were going to see, which is nice and all, but we were very hungry and also extremely hot. We just wanted to order and get it over with as we had just gotten into town after a 4 hour drive. We finally are looking at the menu and while we are trying to figure out what we want, the woman REPEATEDLY interrupted our conversation to ask us more questions. This is when we started getting irritated. We finally ordered and the wait was fine. They told us they were closing early because it was slow. Understandable. We said we would come back in about 10 minutes to give them time to make the pizza and then pick it up. When we came to pick up the pizza I was handed the pizza and then payed; it was pretty pricy but oh well. For context we ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and opted for pesto to be added to the top which they said they had no problem with. When we got into our car with our pizza, we opened it up and it was a completely different order! Instead of pepperoni, it was pepperoni, sausage, red onions, olives, and mushrooms. We hate ALL of those toppings and ended up having to pick every single unwanted item off of our pizza since they closed immediately after we got our pizza. Very disappointing and will not be...

We visited this unique pizza place on 6/22 in the afternoon. Let's start with the GOOD. The pizza was awesome! The location was great because it's right on Main street and very close to the shops. The outdoor patio and view is amazing. The BAD, the girl who took our order was rude AF! She had such an attitude the whole time she interacted with us. Acted like we were bothering her. Never said hello, smiled or had anything remotely kind to say. If we asked a question, she was very short and had the most negative expression on her face. She was standing behind a counter with a little window and as soon as she was done talking she would quickly shut the little window so she could not be seen. I wanted to leave so bad, but we were just visiting Eureka Springs for a couple of days and I really did want to experience eating there. The girl totally killed the awesomeness of the place. Just for id purposes the girl had dark hair and facial pearcings. I would love to return some day but hope to never come across such an unpleasant person. On a positive note, the guy in the kitchen with blonde shaggy hair who brought our pizza to us was as nice and pleasant...

Edited: Went back almost a year later, but this time we were able to stay and eat there. And it’s even BETTER fresh! Still not sure what all the fuss is about “rude” service. The woman who waited on us was nice enough and told us what we needed to know. Maybe it’s because we don’t need a fake smile or expect someone else to make us happy (we also understand customer service and how draining it can be some days). The sourdough crust was the perfect amount of crisp & chewy and the toppings were just as fresh as last time. No need to change my rating as it’s still worth the 5 stars! Great pizza! Called to place a pickup order and employee was nice & helpful. We were told it would be ready in 15-20 mins and our order was ready and HOT when we showed up. We tried a Sassy Sausage and Very Veggie and both were delicious and each was loaded with toppings! Crust is thin (not a crunchy thin though) and I normally don’t like the end crust pieces, but even I ate all the crust (tastes like a garlic naan bread or garlic pita bread). Definitely recommend giving them a try!

Who doesn't love fresh pizza, on a hillside patio, surrounded by colorful decor? That's Red's. The parking lot IS up a steep hill and it's not big. A lot of patrons get takeout, which helps. We arrived after 1pm on a drizzling Saturday, but still opted to eat outside for the fun view. I mentioned my milk allergy at the order window and the host pointed our their Daiya cheese offering. So we got our usual split order--my boyfriend enjoyed the pepperoni tucked in with the melted regular cheese. We each got fountain drinks. The pizza was 16" and we nearly finished it but it was over $30, with toppings and tip. A bit pricey but very tasty with a hand-tossed crust. Would definitely visit Red's again on another Eureka Springs visit.
