We have been reluctant to try this place but finally decided to take the leap and go check it out. We won't be going back. For anyone who has asked, yes, everyone who enters must purchase the buffet first when you walk in the door. There is literally a sign that says it on the door before you walk in. It's $8.50 per person and age 3 to 5? is $5.50. There are about 8 kinds of pizza. We tried 4 kinds and all were equally awful. The crust is like eating cardboard. It was all really bad. They have breadsticks plain and with cheese but the marinara is terrible. It's brown and seems like taco sauce rather than pizza sauce. They have two pastas, a kind of chili, nachos, and baked potato or sweet potato, and a long salad bar with many options similar to golden corral's salad bar. The salad was the only decent thing besides the dessert cinnamon sticks. There are 2 dessert pizzas also. I would have gotten a potato but the butter is in a squirt bottle which I found strange, so I passed on that. The sour cream is also in a ketchup/ mustard type squirt bottle and was liquid when I squirted it. Didn't like that. Very unappealing. None of us liked the food at all except salad was ok. Apart from the food, the game section really isn't that big. It's spread out more but it's no bigger than chuck e cheese. The food side takes up most of the space. The games are more catered to older kids not toddlers. There was a mini basketball, mini ski ball, mini air hockey table and a candy claw grab that were for the little ones. That's it. There was 1 car for toddlers to sit in and ride and that was all. We put $5 on a card when we walked in and after walking around the game area to see what was offered, we basically had to keep playing the same ones over again just trying to use it up the $5 so we could leave. The card would not always scan. It keeps your tickets on it instead of coming out of the game which is good. They have bumper cars in one corner with a height requirement, however, the space it's in is so small, I can't imagine it would be much fun. No track, just a small square area with several bumper cars crammed in. I think it said $2.There is also laser tag for $6, you can't see in the room but I imagine it also has to be a very small space considering the rooms on either side of it. There is some kind of bowling area but it was chained off and had signs not to walk across but try telling that to a toddler. We had 60 tickets on our card at the end and picked a few little things and left. The things you can get with the tickets are about the same as you get at any similar arcade place. Overall, I didn't care for this place... the food, the games, nor the atmosphere. There was barely anyone there. Two of the huge dining areas were empty. I think if they'd move the buffet into a dining area and just have people pay before going in that area, it would be more beneficial to the business. Then there would be more space for gaming and people could come just for the games too. It's absurd to force people to eat nasty food just to play the games. We won't be back and I understand now why there are hardly ever any cars there when we...
Read moreNot good. Wouldn't recommend for a birthday party at least. Had my son's 4th birthday party today in a room full of strangers. Cramed at least 4 birthday parties in one small dining area.. Was awkward and uncomfortable. Wasn't worth the almost 200$. When i booked over the phone i was told it was a private room we were getting. And was told my party reservation was set for 2. But when i called to make sure of something else i was told our party was at 1? Almost missed the whole party due to crummy staff. Had to schedule it for an hour later instead. Then when i complained that i was told different, i was told by a young manager that "if you just call and make the reservations it probably wouldnt be messed up." But i DID in fact call. Poor service. Our table wasn't taken care of, had plates piled up and had to find out what to do with them instead. No trash cans in the "party area", and had to look for staff everytime the kids wanted to ride a ride. Got asked multiple times if we paid for our guests by rude staff. Very embarrassing. In turn, it would have been better to just have had the party in the regular dining room instead of sharing a small cramped room with 4-6 parties. If only i would've known. Oh and got rid of most of the games. 25 dollar game cards but almost everything fun for kids to do its 5-6$ each time so kids end up without games after 20...
Read moreOverly expensive, you are forced to buy the buffet even if you do to wish to eat. Food is terrible for the expense. The games are also costly and lazer tag cost an additional $6. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and it was slammed. We waited to get in while standing in the rain. They are obviously under staffed because the tables that weren't being occupied by birthday parties, were stacked high in dirty dishes and the tables were sticky. The women's bathroom was atrocious. Only 2 doors locked. The toilets didn't flush and only 1 had toilet paper when we were in there. Water was everywhere on the counter and I noticed one employee going I to each stall and flushing the toilets and picking wet toilet paper up off of the floor. She did NOT wIsh her hands but she did go back into the kitchen. I wouldn't have changed my baby in that bathroom in a dare! She would wear a wet diaper until I could get her home first! Take your kids to Chuckie Cheese where the food is good, the bathrooms are clean, and you don't have to take out a second mortgage on your house for the kids to have a great time. We will definitely NOT be back...
