Rare Lounge — Restaurant in Everett

I will start with the positive as it is a very nice atmosphere in this legit 5 Star Resort Facility, but otherwise not a good experience at this eatery. I ordered their “James Bond Martini” and it was rancid and undrinkable after only ½ a sip. The server was not happy when I politely returned it and asked for a draft beer instead. The Peroni draft came out cold, but it actually seemed watered down. The $20 Caesar Salad I ordered was a wet mush. The $30 Shrimp Cocktail had enormous shrimp, as advertised, but they were tasteless and the cocktail sauce was some foul inedible ketchup with some horseradish shavings. My partner had the fish and chips. One of the fish pieces was decent, but the other one tasteless and the best we could say about the chips/fries were that they were at least edible. The first server we had looked miserable. The second was okay. When the bill came, the rancid Martini ($18) was still on there! When I asked for it to be removed, the server said he would have to check with the manager, but that manager wasn’t available. Yikes! So we waited another 15 minutes and it finally got taken off. Not good. Got very sick after telling the server 3 times I have an allergy. Almost ended going to the hospital. It will be many days before i can fully recover.
