From the moment I walked into the bar, Carine's warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease. She was quick to offer recommendations from the drink menu and was happy to answer any questions I had.

Not only is Carine a skilled bartender who can whip up any drink with ease, but she is also a true artist when it comes to crafting the perfect cocktail. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and every drink she served was perfectly balanced and expertly mixed.

But what truly sets Carinen apart is her genuine interest in her customers. She takes the time to chat with each person who comes through, making everyone feel like a regular. Her upbeat personality and infectious enthusiasm make Encore Sports Book a truly special place to be.

The betting machines are a nightmare & it prevents you from betting what you want , when you want. There is a mysterious cap on betting while employees can't explain why. The system is nothing but frustrating & way more difficult than it should be. The odds change so fast on the live games you can't select a bet before it changes & that is if it lets you bet as the machines glitch out & I had to enter the bet 30 times to get 1 bet in. You can't cash out your ticket if you happened to make an error either or switch your bet either. The bar is set up horribly with a huge crowd just standing out of the bar on to the carpet so you can't walk by, The space was poorly planned. The employees are ignorant on any questions regarding sports betting. Another botched Massachusetts operation. The NH system is way easier & more transparent than these...

Disappointed customer:

I've been going to the Encore Boston for 3 years and have gotten a free complimentary room each month for my 10+ hours of gambling each time I'm there. Plus I bet on Wynnbet who's promotions have gone down so low that every legal Massachusetts Sportsbook beats them out on promotions.

I will not be returning to betting with Wynnbet/Encore Boston due to their lack of customer loyalty and promotions.

I recommend MGM for better promotions and customers loyalty promotions. They put Wynnbet/Encore Boston to shame in customer loyalty promotions and rewards.
