The idea of of this place is worth five stars, but I think they could use some intense customer service training! I'm giving 3 stars because my strawberry rolled ice cream was delicious, and I think this business has potential if they can get customer service right.

I ordered the Mangonada drink which to near shock was $17.50, but I was willing to give it a try for novelty and vanity. I was very specific in saying that I did not want the spicy version at all, and the gentleman at the register assured me that I could get a drink with no Tajin, and no spicy flavoring. Well the rude woman who was making the order still drenched the entire cup in the syrupy spicy sauce and a portion of it got into my drink. I tried to drink it, but instantly got heartburn because the syrup got inside of the drink and sunk to the bottom.

Usually I don't complain but because this drink is the cost of a meal I decided I ought to get what I asked for. When I made the request to have it exchanged or refunded to the cashier , the woman who made it interjected and tried to correct me stating loudly "I PERSONALLY MADE THIS DRINK, ITS NOT SPICY. I DIDN'T PUT IT IN THERE." However, I am assuming she did not taste my actual drink, and I showed her how the whole bottom of my supposedly mango only drink was red and speckled with Tajin. She offered to re-make it and made a spectacle of training the other staff on it. When I got the new drink it was the same sloppy job, and the red Tajin syrup STILL GOT INSIDE MY DRINK! It was all over the rim and seeping down inside. I don't know why she put it on there again. I can only assume it was to make herself feel good, but the entire rim and outside of the jar was covered and the red sauce was dripping into the cup. I left because I am pregnant and don't have the mental space to process her prideful behavior but God bless her and this business because other people will not be as nice or calm as I was. Also, the second drink was watery in flavor instead of tasting like mango. $17.50 for a non-alcoholic beverage with immature customer service is NOT WORTH IT.

My boyfriend and I recently decided to try out this place for some rolled ice cream after our dinner date, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. One of the things that immediately caught my eye was the Valentine’s day set-up. The ambiance was so festive and adorable that it instantly boosted our moods. The decorations were not only appealing but also perfect for Instagram-worthy photos and memorable photo opportunities.

When it came to ordering, my boyfriend chose the “rollin’ in the dough” flavor. This was a delicious blend of vanilla ice cream, chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough, and chocolate pocky sticks, all topped off with a cookie and a generous drizzle of rich chocolate syrup. The combination was a dream for any chocolate lover.

I decided to try the “they do exist” flavor. It consisted of blue dyed vanilla ice cream with fluffy cotton candy that added a playful twist, edible glitter that made the sweet treat sparkle, and strawberry pocky sticks. So fun and whimsical!

We enjoyed our experience so much that we are already planning our next visit. We want to try the bubble waffle cones and milkshakes next time. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you're dessert...

I drove all the way over here with my grandmother from Randolph cause of the photos on IG and we wanted to go for a ride on this beautiful day. When we walked in the lady that’s works here didn’t even greet us. She went straight to the back and stayed there longer then someone should be knowing they have a customer waiting. Seeing as the menu didn’t have the same fancy photos I looked back online and asked her about the photos and which they were. The first one I asked what it was and she immediately said we don’t have that. It’s only in ice cream I asked my grandma if that’s what she wanted and she agreed. Then when it came to mine I showed her a photo and she immediately said “are you gonna order or not cause people are going to come “ mind you my grandma and I were the only ones here at 1:30 pm. I told her she needed to relax and I was new here and she immediately told me my price was $30 something dollars without asking if that was all we wanted. Then it immediately prompted me to give a tip in which she definitely did not deserve. But working in a ice cream place on a Friday during the summer and have a stank attitude is not the place for...
