I just went there with my dad to get a latte and a hot chocolate. We went and tasted what we ordered... and they were bad. My chocolate tasted like water with 2 drops of chocolate syrup. I have never tasted flavored water like this before. My dad tasted it too, to make sure I wasn't just exaggerating, and he has done the most disgusted noise I have ever heard. He immediately asked me to throw it out because it was so bad. I asked about his latte and he said it was not good and he was just going to stomach it because he paid for it. Never going back. I got here a little earlier than the opening time for clothing stores in the mall, I was so groggy and annoyed with myself for not checking but the service here was incredible and really kicked off my morning. The staff is really personable and down to earth. I had their seasonal raspberry mocha, with a pistachio cold foam that was recommended by the barista.
