As a vegetarian, I always order everything with no beef. I can’t say I have ever visited this facility and they’ve gotten my order correct - I have always had to go back up to the front or through the drive-thru and have it corrected. The past two times were the worst. The second to last time I ordered my food and said “no beef” and when I received my order all of it had beef; when I told them my order was wrong and I had asked for bo beef a girl shouted at me saying I ordered extra beef, which…why would I being a vegetarian? Secondly my receipt read “NO BEEF”. Today I went through the drive-thru, ordered, and then parked to eat, but noticed some of the food I had ordered was missing and the cheesy Gordita crunch I asked for no beef on had literally only the sauce, no lettuce, no cheese. I went up to the door as there was a line of about 12 cars at the time and it was locked. So I pulled back into the drive-thru line, waited 15 minutes to get up to the ordering screen, told them what happened and they asked me to pull ahead. When they handed me the bag with the “corrected” order I should have known to check before pulling away. They did put the item that was missing in the bag, but the Gordita crunch just had shredded cheese on it this time, still no lettuce. I understand food places can be pretty busy, but make sure the second time you give the customer their order it is actually correct. The worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell and I used to work here for three years lmao.

Placed my order in the nicest way possible and requested a steak Chalupa bundle. When I reached into the packed bag to pull it out, it immediately spilled everywhere, covering the rest of the contents in the bag with food.

Despite this, I still would've rolled with it with no complaints, however, when I took a bite into the Chalupa it was chicken and the Chalupa itself was harder than a hard shells. Clearly it was sitting in the heating rack for way too long.

Pulled back through the drive thru to explain the situation and request my order to be remade and was met with immediate hostility and defensiveness from the MIC Jaime. During my explanation I was cut off several times, comparable to how a child acts when they're being scolded (which I was not doing). It got to the point where I just requested a refund which Jaime agreed to do. While sitting at the drive thru waiting for the refund, I told him he had poor customer service skills and said "If our roles were reversed, I would have never treated you this way." He replied something synonymous with "That's cool, I don't care."

I rarely eat T-Bell because of this sort of garbage quality across the board. I will more than likely not be back, and if I am, it will most certainly not be this location.

If this is a franchise location specifically, I would be embarrassed to have anyone represent my company in this way.
