To say the place was a disaster would be an understatement. I was hoping it would be a better experience than the St. Cloud , MN store which is always a mess. Unfortunately, this is only a taste of what we walked into. Fitting room are closed, it's full of fixtures, chairs etc stacked up with signs saying it's closed. When asked if there were other fitting rooms the lady said "Uhm, no, they closed. Look!" And points to the heaping pile of junk that used to be where the fitting rooms were. When she saw me taking photos she tried to tell me that the store was this way because of customers. We said we know that most places are experiencing staff shortages, and we know some places are having a hard time keeping up, but it's hard to believe the disaster we walked into happened within 2 hours of the store opening. She said, again..."nah, it be the customers." Then walked off with a cart of stuff. My husband looked at me, said he'd meet me in the car, and he wanted absolutely NOTHING in that store. It was a shame. We were there to look for summer clothes that we can't get where we live. I understand staff shortages, but there is absolutely no way that mess happened within 2 hours of opening. Not unless they let an elementary school fill of kids in and told them to just go for it and make the biggest mess they could. We're fairly certain it has to have been a mess at closing the evening before. If I could give it less than one star I would. We will not be back. I do not recommend....
Read moreOn April 7th at 9:14 am. I went in with my two kids almost 3-5 years old looking for some stuff for my prayer room. After about 40 min of walking around and finding things that I like, I ran into a small wooden desk that I liked. I tried fitting it under the cart because my two little ones where in the cart but I couldn't fit it in. So I decided to have the kids hop down so I can put it inside the cart. Which worked. we were in the snack and tea Ile when a manager as she claimed to be, named Teri walked up to me and told me to keep my kids in control because if they break anything I'll have to pay for it. I told her my kids won't break anything plus I just got them out of the cart. She came close to me and said well if they break anything I'll pay for it. I said I know the rules if they break anything which they won't I will pay for it so back off!! Then she went on and told me that I have to leave the store because I told her to back off. I told her I didn't do anything wrong for her to kick me out! She went on and stated she's the manager and because I told her to back off, I need to leave the store. I asked her for her managers number, she refused to give it to me. So she called security and took the rest of the items I had in my cart, and walked off!!! In my years of shopping at that place I've never experienced such a discrimination!! Teri isn't a fit for her position. I will not shop at a place that treat their customers...
