After a good workout or not this is a great smoothie! Healthy smoothies offering superfoods and supplements add on which is hard to find now a days at a smoothie shop! This spot is a gemstone. They even sell pre-workout! Oh and don’t let me get started with their friking healthy plant base energy drinks and you can add boba!!?!?!?!?! I am so grateful to have this at my Gym 💗🙏🏾 I will be having custom made smoothie VIP 😉 Drink on the picture is Tropical Congo + Sea Moss!

Best smoothie I’ve EVER had , they truly have a knack for making amazing beverages that are not only fulfilling but so good for you! They are the only smoothie shop I know of that carry sea moss , which is extremely good for you , containing almost a whopping 92 out of the 102 minerals, almost ALL your body needs to be healthy and thrive.
