In my experience, "fast" food is somewhat inacurrate.Generally, the crew is scrambling to perform their jobs. On occasion, the sequencing get out of sync, and a backlog forms. There will be 10-15 people waiting for their orders, the parking spaces for customrs with delayed orders are filled, and the drive-through's are backed up almost into the street. I rarely patronize this location during peak times. Based on that, it doesn't seem that that would be an excuse. Having patronized this location for many years, I have had ocassion to speak to managers, which is typically unlikely to result in a satisfactory outcome. On one ocassion, I stopped in with a friend, the order was wrong, the manager arrogantly declared that I hadn't ordered the missing items ( In spite of my friend confirming that I had, in fact ordered the items), the manager and another employee, apparently thinking that they were God's gift to conflict resolution and "fast" food management, started chattering, making insulting comments about me and my friend, IN SPANISH! Their smug, arrogance suddenly disappeared when. I responded to their comments, in Spanish. On.another date, I.was given change for $5, when I had paid with a $20 bill. It didn't register with me until I was almost off the property. I parked, walked up to the counter and stated the issue. The manager, completely different individual from any I had suffered through previously, pointed out that it was MY responsibility to make sure I had received the correct change before driving away, and I concur. He went on, again with the charm of a rabid badger, to say that the cash drawer would have to be reconciled before he would "consider" giving me the rest of my change. I responded, "Feel free to do that now. I'll wait." The manager pulled the drawer and took it into an office. A few minutes later, he returned to the counter, glared at me, and dropped the rest of my change into my hand without saying a word. Admittedly, he was a step above other managers who I've encountered at that location. I suspect the others would have returned to the counter, told me the drawer balanced, and tell me that I was out of luck. My visit yesterday didn't do anything to improve my opinion. While the balance.of my order was being handed to me, I calmly, and politely requested that the drink I had been given be replaced with the drink that I had ordered. Once again, I was the recipient of attitude, rather than any hint that she understood the concept of customer service. The same family owns other franchises in the area, and my experience has been consistently good at the other locations. Maybe this particular restaurant is where they send their poor managers as punishment. 7/31/19- Getting ready to head back to Denver. Made a quick, foolish stop at same location.drive through backed up almost to the hwy. At counter, took 25 minutes to get 1 burger &;1 drink. At least they're consistent at the worst McD's I've ever...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but tonight’s visit to McDonald’s really pushed me to speak up. I ordered through the app and picked up two of the $5 value meals, along with two apple pies and two crispy chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, almost everything was below standard.
Both orders of fries were soggy — not just a little off, but really limp and unappetizing. The chicken nuggets were cold, which was surprising and honestly kind of unappealing. The hamburger was actually hot and fresh — the only item that came out right. The Hot n' Spicy sandwich was tough and overcooked, and the crispy chicken sandwiches were way too dry, especially around the edges. It felt like they had been sitting too long or cooked way past where they should’ve been.
What really blew my mind were the apple pies — they were freezing cold. Not room temp. Cold. Apple pies are supposed to be warm, if not hot — that’s kind of the point.
I’m shocked at the lack of care from this location. I would expect that if employees are assigned to stations — fryer, flat top, etc. — they would be properly trained and know how long to cook items. Timers exist for a reason. Why serve soggy fries or dried out chicken? Would you eat that? Would you be happy getting a cold apple pie?
I tried calling, but no one answered the phone — and I ordered through the app, so there’s no one to speak to directly. I’m not just disappointed; I’m pissed. See. I live in the Denver metro area and I was just passing through after visiting some family for Easter . And thankfully I will never be returning back to this location . Do better. McDonald's ! This was a terrible experience, and I honestly hope management sees this and takes it seriously. Because of the quality of this meal that I got I had to try and find something else to feed my kids .I’d also appreciate some kind of refund or compensation — I didn’t get...
Read moreUnfortunately, this is the only McDonald’s open 24 seven near us!We got off late, Wednesday 10/16 coming home from a concert stopped in through the drive-through! Pulled up to the speaker to order and am told to hold on ! So I do…. As the line is getting longer and longer ! At 15 minutes of sitting at the speaker, saying helllo…. with no response, the car next to me pulls forward! At this point there are 5 cars behind me and 4 in the other lane! After another 5 minutes of nothing ! I pull to the window where the worker proceeded to tell me that the manager had taken off her headset to gossip! He told her there’s another one and she told him to tell me to go around again!!! I told him no and that I’d like to speak to her. She proceeded to tell me that everyone’s waiting 15 minutes and that I should’ve ordered at the drive-through even though there was no way for me to possibly do that! And that had to go around ! I told her I would not do that because I was waiting so long and then she told me well then she would make me two cheeseburgers and that was it and I said that is absolutely unacceptable and that I want my order! After arguing with them about it for another four minutes! I told her I was not leaving until I got to take my order. She was very rude. Took my order and didn’t even end up giving me my drinks that I paid for and as I left the poor worker said good job and making her her make you that food it was completely her fault!! The audacity of the lady to tell me to go around after she was gossiping and not at the window for 15 minutes just blew my mind!!! Worst customer service ever especially for a manager. I feel bad for that worker! Do...
