This review is a long time coming. We have had cookies from here several times, multiple weeks, over the course of several months. Each time we order, we are not disappointed. I have a family of four and we are usually ordering different items just so that we can taste the other persons selection. The cookies are always warm, sometimes too delicate but not worth the negative review. The only negative thing that happened is that we waited an additional 25 minutes for cookies that should have been ready, instantaneously. I literally had to call inside to see why our purchase had not been brought out curbside. Either way go out and try it pretty amazing. I'm giving four stars instead of five because of the experience, it has nothing to do with the actual taste of the cookies because they are spot-on and they have never missed. Edit... Most recent visits was decent. One cookie was not warned are started tho

I recently saw this place on tik tok and had to try it. When I got to Crumbl cookie, I was met with a pretty long line outside the place, due to the 7 person limit in the business. After about 10-15 minutes, I got in and got to order. I was with 3 other people so we all ordered one cookie each. We got, in order left to right, peanut butter brownie, oatmeal chocolate chip, strawberry shortcake, and Carmel coconut fudge. They were very big cookies ,about 4-5 inch diameter, and sweet. One thing I didn’t like was how expensive these cookies are. For the 4 pack cookies I got, it was $11 (which I think is pretty expensive but i understand why they’re expensive). I only gave them 4 stars due to the wait and the price but I 100% recommend Crumbl cookie. If you plan on going here, make sure to check the website or app for their flavors since they change every week.

After months of driving by and being discouraged by seeing lines down the block, I finally lucked-out and got a day when there was almost no line at all. It was time to see what all the hub-bub was about. If there was ever a human equivalent to a beehive, inside the shop at Crumbl Cookies was it. Even on a 'slow' day, the hum of activity was evident. I could see employees working quickly and safely to prepare cookies for the oven, 'dress' cookies when they were done, box cookies, or finish the sale of cookies at the counter. (The great finish was when a worker presented your box of cookies, opening the lid with a flourish to display them for you, and close the lid handing them over with a smile...I felt special) The cookies were surprisingly rich, and soft...I expected a little harder, you know, the crumbl!🤤

I have tried this fan favorite several times and unfortunately do not enjoy the cookies. The taste is similar to those you get in the grocery store, the flavors are weak and the texture is similar to underbaked. As an example, I could not taste peanut butter in the peanut butter cookie or lemon in the lemon cookie. Sugar alone just doesn't create flavor--ingredients really do matter. As I watch the high schoolers subbing in for bakers, I choose to support a locally owned bakery with professionally trained bakers. It may be an unpopular opinion, but its also one of the reasons the cookies from a real bakery taste so much better. Methods used affect the final product just as much as the ingredients. Well, Crumbl I tried-- and just can't give you anymore of my money.

Cookies here are really good just wish the price was a little more reasonable. Personally I don’t like too sweet so I took the icing off my cookie.

Wow. Very huge cookies and oh so tasty! They may seem pricing however they are very similar to price when compared to another late night cookie shop. I love how their cookies changed in the weekly! They also make each cookie at the location unlike other late night cookie shop. You can literally see them making from start to finish! In addition to all that they have online ordering and kiosk in the store.
