Worst service I have ever experienced at any fast food place in my life. Meaghan, the so called Manager, District Manager, General Manager, & Owner (let her tell it) needs to find a new career, take a mental health day, a vacation or something because she is the absolute WORST person with the absolute WORST attitude to be in any type of management role. If she actually thought that I was dumb enough to believe she carried all those titles, then she got wrong one…
She had the worst attitude when I was placing my order in the drive through, and I could tell, so I was trying to be really nice to her through the drive through. Got to the window, she told me how much it was, so I asked for a receipt. She messed up my order, & I told her she messed up and charged me too much. She told me to give her the receipt back. As I’m handing her the receipt, this ignorant nasty attitude woman snatches the receipt out of my hand. I told her, you can keep this food, I don’t want it, and to give me a refund. She says “we don’t give refunds.” I said I want the manager’s name… that’s when she claimed to be all of management… I told her I want the receipt back… she said, “I gave you the receipt” and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. She slams the window and calls 911 on her phone… and holds her phone up to show me… I said, “you snatched the receipt out of my hand… I’m not leaving, I’ll wait for the police because you messed up my order, you snatched the receipt, you won’t give me a refund, and you won’t give me the receipt back.. I’ll wait for the police.” She opens the window hands me the receipt, and I snatch it out of her hands.
I will absolutely NEVER return to that location ever again & I will be calling the corporate office to have a long conversation about this Meghan person. Meaghan got the absolute right one today….Meghan, whatever role or title she has with this Wendy’s needs to be fired. And I am NEVER about anyone losing their job.

Read moreCome here multiple times a week during my lunch break and have ignored mishaps and given them the benefit of the doubt a lot. Started with the drive thru but their drive thru takes forever even with only 1 or 2 cars. I started going inside to order and noticed it was a lot quicker and the quality of the food was better and they never messed up your order either if you go to sit down. I go today and before I walk in one of the workers tells me to go to the drive thru cuz they only have 2 workers. There was maybe 1 car in the parking lot. They also are constantly out of certain sauces, food items, and fountain drinks. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times as I am patient and understanding. However, I can’t continue to take my business here anymore. The employees have never been terrible and most of them seem like good people. It’s the owners of these establishments that I can’t tolerate. They don’t care about their customers or employees. If I’m the owner of the store and we are short staffed one day, why are you not there? I don’t know seems like business owners want the luxury of owning a business but when the realities of owning one show they don’t like to take accountability and more often than not blame their employees or some other whacky excuse. Read moreI go to this location occasionally for lunch, as I work at the Fry's Electronics just down the road.
All of the employees were yelling at each other about various things behind the counter, specifically at one employee named Charles most of the time. Charles was being very disruptive, talking loudly, and worst of all, saying very inappropriate things. He made a sexual innuendo towards one of the workers there when one worker said, "You need to do your job," with him replying, "I have a job you can do, it begins with a 'S' and ends with a 'K'." The other employees simply told him in a non-serious manner to not talk like that, instead of actually taking it seriously. This was loudly said and in front of all of the customers. He was also mildly harassing a few customers as they would walk up to get their food or order.
Other than Charles, most of the employees were acting kind of odd as well. When I went to order, I wasn't really greeted well, but instead by a sort of "What do you want" attitude, kind of like I was interrupting their chatting.
Overall, I don't really feel too comfortable going back to this location. At least until something is done about Charles and the other...
