There are many Mexican restaurants in Homestead and Florida city, therefore I recommend visiting one of those in lieu of this place. First off what they offer on the menu is not what they serve. You will want to order what they have listed, then come the rules that they don’t share on the menu. You can’t mix the types of meats when it says you can pick three items, then you can’t mix certain items, even though it says pick any three items. If that’s not enough you can get non refill sodas in a can or bottle for $2.75 or the fountain soda with only one refill. This place also cuts corners on beef by putting potato in the ground beef. Don’t order sour cream with your meal either a small amount will set you back $2.50. Read the menu carefully there are many things you think are included that aren’t and many items that appear to be combined but are not and will cost you extra. Still if that’s not enough if you order combo meals they are more expensive or in only one case equal to the al a crate menu. The food is okay but not worth the hassle and not worth being surprised on your check. I’d avoid this place just to be safe, there are many other place to enjoy Mexican cuisine in the area that are much better in...

Good Evening, so I called and said hello how are you. The person who answered said fine how may I help you. I asked for a chicken salad and she hung up in my face. Then, I called back and I said hi you hung up in my face she hung up again (you can hear the receiver being hung up). I called and asked for the owner and another woman answered and was very polite and apologized stating that my number is not local and they get prank calls. I understand that, but where we live a lot of people vacation and travel here. It was very unprofessional to hang up in my face. I am a very chill person. I have not tried the food so I can’t rate. After her hanging up twice I was unsure what type of food I would get. I am a loyal customer, so when I find a great spot I come often and tip well. I wish I would have got a chance to try the food. Also, I was still going to order with the lady who answered at the third call, but she stated they couldn’t grill my onions with my salad it would be raw on the side. So, by her being so nice I was willing to give it a try. You never know who you are answering for, so when it is a business people have to be...

They greet you when you come in. You can basically seat yourself. They do accommodate big parties. It's small but cozy. They serve beer and soft drinks. It's BYOB hard liquor or wine. Food comes out fast and is Very authentic Mexican. There two things you can't get. Avocado and can't substitute refried beans for black beans they don't have black beans and I do not like refried beans. But that's ok. The guacamole has a little too much salt in it for me not meeting my health needs of no salt so I couldn't eat it. We ordered the stuffed Chile, can be with meat or cheese. It was good. We shared one dinner. They give you alot of food. Service was top notch. ALWAYS checking to see if we needed anything. We got the flan dessert to go. It was really good. I think they make it there.Forget to mention the shrimp appetizer we had was also good. Have this alot in Veracruz, Mexico. Which is the best. Try it here it's worth it, you won't be...

THE BEST FRESH! Fresh chopped vegetables in ALL the dishes. Freshly mixed avocado. Superb Flautas. Amazing Caldo De Cameron - yummmy crab and fish - plenty of shrimps! The tortilla chips are fresh too! Hubby was born in San Antonio - we have spent decades tasting Mexican food - here in the USA and in Mexico. THIS IS THE BEST Mexican food we have ever had! They work so hard to get to you quickly - when we walked in the place was packed. It cleared out while we were eating. Just us and one other table. And then it got full again FAST! When we walked out there was one table open. Amazing! I wish my wedding photography and videography business was this busy!

I had a wonderful experience at **Rosita’s Restaurante** in Florida City! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried had that authentic homemade taste that’s hard to find. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service from Rosi. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. If you’re in the area and looking for great food with even better service, Rosita’s Restaurante is a must-visit. Highly recommended. 🩷
