My experience is that my server was always busy, eventhough the place wasn't crowded, and she used to dissapear for long times. Anyway when she appeared she tried to be nice. We all order, as always it couldn't be perfect, they made a mistake with my wife who ordered her burguer without sauce and it obviusly brought sauce. So, we told the server who immediately recognized the mistake and said she was going to remake the burger and it shouldn't be more than four minutes, she also missed to bring my side. As I was waiting for a around four minutes, I decided to start eating because I hate cold food, and in order to the server had said I was going to receive my side in "a few", when I realized we all had almost ended with our food and my wife's burger hadn't arrived yet, and my side neither, it had been around nine minutes. When we were all done with our meal there appeared one guy with my side; in a really polite way I let him know, I didn't want it, because it was supposed to be my side I already had eaten my wings, and actually I didn't need it. He told me that it was part of my meal, so it was included with my plate. I insisted I didn't want it, so he told me if took it back, I was going to pay for it anyway, because I had eaten my main dish. So, seeing this, I obviously told him, ok. Leave it there. After around 13 minutes my wife's burguer arrived, and she stated that she knew I wasn't going to eat my side later because I hate cold food (do you remember?) So she decided to eat it. I didn't mind, I had eaten already. We get a few more drinks, everything cool, that good quality of the food let us forget about the inconvenients.
We requested the check, which was rapidly delivered, and when I took a look, SURPRISE my side was charged as an extra, I explained the situation to my server (who wasn't the same person that served it) and she immediately changed her face and she was something like upset, and told me "IF YOU ATE IT, YOU HAVE TO PAY IT, THE BEST I CAN DO IS TALK TO MY MANAGER TO SEE WHAT SHE SAYS" I (always polite) told her, "that's ok, if you want to, I can talk with your manager and explain the situation" she said no, wait here. Ok, we were waiting.... and waiting..... and waiting.... and waiting. Till we decided it was too much, and we all stand went to register that was next to the door, there was the manager talking with my server and when she saw our upset faces she just said "Oh, you are the table of THE CHECK" I told her yes, we are, and we need to leave, we need to sleep. She had the check in her hand and she just gave it to me, it was the same that my server had given to me. I explained patiently AGAIN to her what had happened. And she just said "I'm sorry but if you consumed you have to pay it"
As I told her, I wouldn't keep losing my sleep time with them for $6, the cost of the side. But it was really unfair, they made me pay for something that arrived untimely, and refused to consume. But, anyway I wasn't going to do a show in front of the other people. I paid my check, and I left.
It's the WORST customer service experience I've ever had in Orlando. The restaurant wasn't even crowded. Everything was wrong about they handled the situation. It's really a shame because the food was delicious, but customer service was extremely poor.
If you go there, just hope everything is ok, if there's is something wrong, they have no idea how to handle the situation.
I give them two stars only because food was delicious, but customer service is 0 ZERO stars. I wouldn't comeback to this restaurant, maybe to other of the same chain, but never to this one.

The last thing we would of ever expected on I drive was to receive such nasty and hostile customer service from this Buffalo Wild Wings. A well established business, it’s so sad to say this but if you’re looking for somewhere to eat with your family to eat both good food and have a good time, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS!
We had just arrived to our hotel at 11:20PM and hurried on foot with a baby in a stroller over to Buffalo Wild Wings to make our order. We made it (11:40PM) the door was unlocked and people were waiting for their orders.
The hostess walks up to us and informs us they are no longer taking orders. We explain that it is 11:40PM, closing time is as 12AM and we still have 20 minutes to spare. The hostess repeats herself and explains that last orders are taken at 11:15, we explain that we are unaware of this last order call, this last call is not posted on their website, nor on their door. How would a customer ever know that there is a last call time when closing is at 12AM? Their response was they didn’t care nor do they know what we were looking at online, regardless of what we saw “12AM” they were not taking our order at 11:40PM.
The entire time we are politely asking why we couldn’t be serviced and the staff (the entire crew) is shouting at us from across the order counter on how they are “CLOSED” and no longer accepting orders. One girl removes her mask and kept click clacking her nails at us trying to emphasize closing time.
Finally the manager comes out (also with an attitude) and asks “what’s going on?!”. It was obvious already which side the manager was on with the tone she had given us, so we politely ask if she’s going to hear us out or if she’s going to just listen to the associates instead?
The manager rolls her eyes at us and bobs her head at us and responds “I’m LISTENING!”
At this point, we are not interested in ordering. We simply wanted to have them see the flaw and inconvenience of not properly listing their closing time or last order time. We made it clear that we just wanted simple/easy orders for the children some fries and burgers. But were turned down regardless.
The associates and the manager at this Buffalo Wild Wings are a poor representation of customer service. Probably the worst place to receive service in all of central Florida. We are leaders as well, the way we were spoken to is NOT how a customer should ever be treated. It really was an intimidating experience.
In the end they chose not to service us because they wanted to go home as early as possible, even though we were there before closing time.
The next day we checked out their reviews and it looks like we weren’t the only ones to ever have a negative experience at this place....

On Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 7:42 PM me and my family walked in at this restaurant looking to have a good time and eat , when people go to restaurants first they want to have a good time. Have fun eat lotta a lot of the times the food is secondary so the experience you have in the dining room, before during and after the meal is all part of the experience. We are from Connecticut and I am a VERY SUCCESSFUL restauranteur for 30 years, so I know what customer service should be like and many different levels of restaurants so that’s being said I knew walking into Buffalo wild wings. I was not gonna have a five star treatment so but I didn’t have to be treated, like pigs, dogs, literally like garbage by this LL waiter named JAYMIN , it’s by far the worst service I experience in my entire life. 1-First he walk to the table he lean his elbow in to the table like literally pushing my sons hands out of the way, 2 I asked him for a whole lime in my beer. I told him I would pay for it. He only squeeze a wedge lime so when they requested him, he got mad and told me that’s how we do it here I had to get up and ask the bartender for a lime 3 My daughter asked for a water first, and then she changed her mind. Ask him for an icy then he told her you should make up your mind once I put the drink and I cannot change it in a rude way. 4 the food comes out incomplete didn’t have all the sauces he never brought plates or our sauces . Meanwhile, he was on the phone in the front of the store on his cell phone when he saw me get up he walked in and said I’m grabbing a plates and stuff, he brought plates and silverware after we already had almost finished the wings. I got up to look for a manager and get my sauces and he was coming back with the sauces for me near the weight station so he really told me you go sit down. I’ll bring it to you so I question him when you gonna bring it when I’m finished with my wings, and I requested to change the server, so nasty then nice lovely lady came to help us. She was a sweetheart, but unfortunately, the night was already ruined by this monkey named jaymin , then he kept walking by my table like his working walking at the beach, shaking his shoulders and his head up , totally disrespectful S O B . He thinks hes entitle he’s a disrespect human being. He should’ve never treat people this way. He probably does but people don’t say anything about it but here with me he hit a rock because I’m tough with my Waiterss and let me tell you something this guy it’s not good not even to clean the shoes of my weakest Waiter that’s how bad it is.
