Lava international drive — Restaurant in Florida

No lie, I will never get another section at lava Sunday night ever again! Customer service sucks! I was yelled at in my face by the host that sat me at the wrong section and she threatened to call security on me after she made a mistake of seating me in the wrong Section. Literally on my birthday weekend. How can you be in a customer service position when you can't even take responsibility when you're wrong, instead you want yell at people in they face. You lucky im not a ratchet street dog like you, it could've went down. But I am a classy lady, I don't have time to argue with someone that I'm paying their salary. (Update) the so called manager of the event banned me from coming back to lava saying I can't come back till I take down my review from my bad experience with them. What type of business bans someone after the business made a mistake. It's supposed to be an opportunity for that business to do better so then that person can willingly take that review down, but not threatened them to take it down. Lava...

Nice lounge with good music however the bartenders have very poor customer service. I paid for a first round of drinks which were $22 plus tax and an 18% gratuity that was included. When I received my receipt I was charge an additional $10 for a shot I hadn’t ordered. I questioned it and it was removed. I ordered the same exact drinks from another bartender and he brought me a bill for $30 plus tax and an 18% gratuity. I explained if just bought the same drinks for $22 and showed him my receipt. He brought over the 1st bartender. She was very rude, told me she was busy so what did I want to pay for the drinks (as if I’m asking for something at a discounted amount or free). Many night I’ve been experiencing this situation whenever u go to lava hookah lounge and pay 40 dollars for a hookah that won’t last even a 1 hours and on top of that I have to pay extra 5 dollars every time that I need charcoal in my hookah..every where else I go ,I have never experienced that… once you have a hookah the charcoal is free and they keep checking on you every 30 minutes or hour but at lava they don’t really care at , all they just want is ur money that’s all ..that needs to change for real its ridiculous last night there was one hookah guys who took my whole hookah away that I payed 40 dollars because he wanted me to pay that 5 dollars twice for the charcoal and he was very disrespectful and if they keep treating people like that they gone start losing customers for real ….something need to change and if they need tapes they can just ask that’s all but try to scam...
