I only get 30 minutes for lunch, I had to go to the bank but I was starving. I did my bank run and with only 22 minutes left to get something to eat and travel back to work I threw caution to the wind and said ok "fast food" lets see how fast this can be today... Two young ladies taking orders curbside, asked me for my name and very gracious, I gave my order and continued throw the drive thru lane only to come around the corner to a manager (yes a manager) also in the heat, taking our payments curbside. He addressed me by my name and while taking my card looked me in the eye and asked me how my day was going. When I answered, "ok so far I guess..." he says "ah going back to work huh?" I laugh and he asked me where I worked. (There were no more cars in front of me at this point but he wanted to hear my answer.) I told him where I worked and he said "oh we love (my job) here!" I laughed again and gave him the genuine smile that he gave to me instead of the polite one I presented upon first entering his drive-thru. The lady at the window, (also a manager) handed me a bag of hot delicious (made correctly since it was a special order) food and my drink and assured me my ranch was in the bag and for me to have a blessed day! From start to finish the experience probably totaled about 6 minutes. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered and paid for breakfast on the chick fil a app, got to the restaurant a few mins after 10:30am where we were told they stop serving breakfast, I explained I already ordered and paid, Iām just picking it up. The cashier asked her manager Deya, who never spoke directly to us the customers, but instead spoke loudly in Spanish to the cashier named kamal, telling her what to tell us. Deya in Spanish loudly told her ācustomers think that because they ordered on the app 5 mins before that the food is going to be ready but we make the food when they get here, since she got here after 10:30, we arenāt going to make her breakfastā. The cashier then came to tell me what Deya said and I told her I already heard everything. I also pointed behind her to the pick up shelf that shows other online orders already prepared. However mines was the exception because it was breakfast. I asked for a refund for the breakfast I paid for that I was not getting. The refund now takes a few days to go back on my card. I decided to leave because my 5 year old was me and the kids play area was completely blocked off and turned into offices for staff. Also parking lot is tight and has a bunch of cones in parking spots as itās blocked off for cars in the drive thru to pass. But no where for people who want to dine in to park. I even saw chick fil- a vehicle delivery cars parking at the gas station next door since this chick fil-a is in a tight space with no parking. I hope all of this can be improved for the next...
