This location needs some help! When they first opened my wife and I were so excited as we go to Starbucks daily, sometimes twice. We generally would go to target or A1A. The drinks here were constantly messed up or poor quality in the beginning so we figured we would give them time to adjust. But nothing has changed! 7 out of 10 times the drinks are just not made well. The customer service is āokā. If you place a mobile order and get there after the order time, they still feel the need to almost guilt you if you are in the drive through to drive up if your drink isnāt ready. The process is pretty unnecessary and uncomfortable so we just go in now. Overall, we still visit here frequently do to the convenience but try to avoid this location any time we can! They definitely need ALOT of training both drink wise and customer service wise!

From the moment I walked in, it was clear she didnāt want to be there, the attitude, the eye rolls, the dismissive responses. What really pushed it over the edge was the way she handled my order. Not only was it wrong, but when I tried to point it out, she turned her back on me mid-sentence.
